Frosts are my magic wand). In simple mode, everything happens as usual - phone, recording, diagnostics, approval, repair. But there have already been several times like this: "Guys, guard! Help me!" "Bring it." And the car is ready by evening. If you don't have time to wait for delivery, the guys themselves go to Nekrasov for spare parts. They do everything, they changed both the clutch and the gearbox, they restored it - I'm not much of a rider(. Somehow, the protection fell off, hanging with one edge at the very asphalt. I stopped by their service station literally on the way, just in case. I see all the lifts are busy. I understand that I was unlucky, I'll go on to scratch the asphalt with plastic. But no, they opened another gate, drove the car into the pit, secured the protection from all sides - and they didn't take any money for it. The car even hummed differently, quieter. Thanks!

Broke down next to them. Promptly and efficiently repaired. Prices +/- as in the city. Spare parts were offered by different manufacturers, in different price categories. They chose it themselves, not that they were trying to get more expensive. Then I sent my sister to them. I was also satisfied.
