Great hotel! I recommend. The rooms are clean, the hotel is old, but everything is renovated, beautiful lobby. Towels are changed every day. Amazing cuisine!!! I've been to many places, not everywhere they cook so well! A shuttle bus takes you to the beach for free, and a shuttle bus goes to shopping centers. The beach is both free and paid, paid is better. There is a subway nearby.

Not far from the airport, 10-15 minutes to terminals 1 and 2, but there is no noise of planes taking off. Room cleaning, cleanliness in common areas, swimming pool - supported by friendly staff. Towels by the pool are provided free of charge. The rooms are quiet, but the windows do not open for ventilation, only the air conditioner. The buffet restaurant is replete with a variety of dishes, with an interesting serving, mainly from Indian cuisine.

Great hotel!
We were greeted like at home, the staff is smiling,polite, you can charge your phone at the reception,there is a free shuttle service to Mamzar beach, a standard room for 4 two separate beds are wide, comfortable (a place for two adults and two small children 3-4 years old was quite enough), near the GGICO metro station (although a detour with a stroller under the bridge is not very comfortable), there is an outdoor swimming pool, breakfast, there is everything you need and for every taste (salad leaves, fruits, vegetables, nuts, dates, prunes, figs).

We were at the hotel in April 2024. It is good enough, there is damage after the flood, but not critically. The rooms are great. We had problems with water. Weak pressure during the day. The transfers are excellent. But the location is extremely inconvenient and the city taxi is a problem. There are no shops nearby. Metro - at least 20 minutes, red line. Who writes that it's 10 minutes to the station-bullshit! In the heat, after shopping, it's tin. Just take a taxi. Well, personally, we will not go to this hotel anymore.

We took an hb lunch or dinner to choose from. The fitness center is normal) The entrance to the sauna is through the changing rooms by the pool. Linen is changed in the room daily.

A good hotel, everything is decent. They brought us to the hotel from the airport at 8.40am, while they were making out, they heard that the transfer to the beach was at 9.30. Although we had check-in at 14.00. We changed clothes in the toilet on the ground floor, dropped our suitcases in the storage room and ran to the beach. Although we are not staying with them yet, we were allowed to board the bus. We are very grateful to the guys at the reception that they did not refuse. Our room should be without a balcony
and with windows overlooking the city... But at the reception we asked, if possible, to give us a room with a balcony and a view of the pool. After the beach, we were settled into a room with a huge balcony and a view of the pool. There was no limit to my happiness. They didn't take a penny. And once again, many thanks to those who receive us at the hotel. Spacious rooms, decent beds and comfortable mattresses, slept with my daughter like the dead. The only way out to the balcony is very funny, somehow they found it, you go out from the balcony, you can knock your head against the corner of the room.The hotel territory is not small, an excellent swimming pool, a sauna is not large, but cozy. I didn't go to the hammam, but I looked in, I didn't like the smell. The Jacuzzi by the pool is gorgeous, after a walk around the city, the whole body rested in it, in general, they used a water massage. It was written a 5* hotel, but still I think 4-4.5, if that happens, but solid. We didn't even know for three days that they were supposed to be given to us, since 5*. Towels were changed every day, bed linen was changed once in 6 days, in my opinion.
I liked everything, one moment spoiled the rest, this does not apply to the hotel, we got to kalabs with the weather on 04/16/24 and until 1.40am we walked knee-deep in water in the center of Dubai, could not catch a taxi or a ride. The city authorities caused the rain and did not calculate their forces with nature. We did not organize trips for tourists, we sat in the place for 4 hours, hoping to get to the hotel from the center, almost all the metro lobbies were flooded, it was good that we had spare shoes. At 20.00 we were kicked out of the subway and told to swim.....so we swam knee-deep, risking falling into pits somewhere...until 2:40 p.m. We groped our way in the night with our feet.... It wasn't fun. The water is cool, we went to shopping malls, changed into sneakers and warmed our feet. That's the only thing that ruined our vacation. Two days were lost due to flooding , transport did not go, they did not take you to the beach.
The hotel is excellent, far from the center, but close to the airport👍

A great hotel, it fulfills its 4* completely. A wide selection of products for breakfast, including an Arabic corner. There is an outdoor swimming pool, near the metro and the airport. The furniture may be a little old, but this does not deprive you of the pleasure of staying at this hotel. The staff is very friendly.

I have good impressions about the hotel. Attentive staff at the reception. We provided a room for the whole Family 5 hours ahead of check-in time. The reception tried to check into a room with access to the pool. Before checking in, they showed us the available rooms and even gave us the opportunity to choose.
The breakfast is rich, varied, for every taste.
The location is good. The Festival Mall is not far from 10 min. the price is 20-30 AED by taxi.
A shuttle service from the hotel is available to the beach.
The beach is shared free of charge, but very clean, there are showers. There are no sun loungers on the beach.
A good location for trips to the sights of the UAE. There are no problems with transport accessibility.
Despite the fact that there is an airport nearby, there was no noise from the planes.
I have wonderful, warm memories.

The staff is very friendly, friendly and helpful. Delicious food. The room cleaning is excellent. The pool is good and the service is excellent. I also really liked the bar on the 1st floor.
I put 4 for the fact that smoking is allowed in the rooms, so there is a smell. And I would diversify the breakfast.

I liked the rest. Pros: walking distance from the airport and seaport, clean and large rooms for non-smokers and smokers, comfortable bed, We were given a room of a larger category as a gift. A great dinner and a decent breakfast. Comfortable pool area. A pool with warm water. Cons: there is absolutely no Russian-speaking staff. This is very inconvenient. They didn't help to sort out the safe, or it didn't work.proximity of roads. The metro is about 1 km away.

The "plus" of the location is very close to the airport (4 minutes by taxi), but it is also a "minus" - far from the city center. The hotel itself is quite good (which is not surprising for Dubai at all), there is an outdoor swimming pool. For a few days - just right.
