A pleasant spa resort, as if lost in the mountains. Pleasant views, wonderful nature and air. Excellent spas with outdoor pools. Delicious breakfasts and dinners. Polite staff. Beautiful and comfortable rooms.
Although in our case there was a problem with the bathroom. The toilet was not cleaned at all, and, forgive me for the details, it was clear exactly where the last guest had missed. And there was no toothpaste and toothbrushes, despite the fact that almost all hotels above 3 stars have them. Suddenly, the robe is too short, but considering that it's basic, there's nothing to complain about.
Apart from these points, it's probably just bad luck, a wonderful place for a vacation, including a family one. It was out of season and there weren't many people, which added to the comfort and sense of being lost in the mountains.

The breakfasts and dinners are very good and varied. The Internet speed is very high. If you go, it's only for the sake of the pools. Very decent, all made of stainless steel, a good slide for children. In addition, it is zero in winter. There's nowhere to go after the snowfall. The small playground is covered with snow, no one cleans it. A serious problem for non-smokers. It is impossible to enter the pool bar, and it is also impossible to stay in the bar on the ground floor because of frequent visits to the smoking room with children - even for half an hour of chocolate.… The water in the room is hot or cold, and entertainment is something else that does not correspond to such a price level of the hotel.

Nice spa hotel. Excellent service, nice and comfortable rooms, good bed. Breakfast (lunch and dinner, who takes it) They're also good. The interior is very pleasant and there are many different saunas in the sauna area. The main pools are on the street. It was cold and there was no way to use them. The pools inside the hotel are not very large. Also out of stress - saunas only until 7 p.m. on weekdays.

A pleasant, quiet and peaceful place to relax on weekends. The spa and pools, the food and the atmosphere in general are conducive to relaxation and a pleasant pastime. There is no service in some minor aspects, but it does not create significant discomfort. Family holidays with children are the main goal of the hotel guests. If you're going to spend a few days here, don't forget to bring your toothpaste and brush, shower gel and body lotion - you'll definitely need it (very hard water).
There is a construction site next to the hotel that is active on weekdays. If someone considers themselves addicted to such sounds, it is better to know about it in advance.

The ideal option is to spend 2-3 days off, quite close to the National Park, and it is easy to get from Belgrade by train + bus / taxi. Excellent varied meals (breakfast or half board), rooms of all categories are good, swimming pools and SPA complex are also super. There are all kinds of saunas/baths, there is a hydro massage in the pools, outdoor pools and a water park are open in summer. We come here often and do not experiment, everything suits us. The only thing I would like to do is to look after the children in the playhouse, you can't leave one child there.

Excellent hotel and SPA complex. Delicious plentiful breakfasts. Beautiful new rooms, plumbing, bed level, nothing to complain about. There is an area for walking. The SPA is clean, well maintained, lots of sun beds, slides, pools. There is no influx of people, because everything is thought out and dispersed. It's not cheap, but it's worth it. There were two times, in winter and in summer. And I want to come back again.

A great place to relax for a few days. The main advantage is a large spa complex: 6-7 baths of various types, relaxation rooms, sun beds and swimming pools. Everything is clean and tidy. One pool with a "swim out". It is especially good in cold seasons. Very picturesque surroundings - there is a place to walk or ride a bike, they can be rented on site. There are several restaurants with good cuisine. The included breakfasts/lunches/dinners are of decent quality with a large variety of buffets. The rooms have a balcony, and inside the room itself there is a small coffee machine - in the morning it's just the thing to drink coffee with a view of nature. The room itself is clean, modern, with a comfortable mattress. Friendly and helpful staff, always help and prompt. Almost everyone speaks English perfectly.
Of the small disadvantages, the owners apparently save on laundry, so they only give out 1 towel at the entrance to the SPA, so I advise you to bring your own. The room also has a bathrobe and slippers, but they are small enough for men. Anyway, with my moderate size (182 cm, 83 kg, 41 size) it was a little cramped, it's better to use your own.
It takes 30 minutes to drive from Novi Sad, a taxi from the city to the hotel costs about 2500 dinars (as of December 2023). You can get back from the hotel either by bus (stop 1 minute walk from the hotel) or book a hotel transfer for 6000. Daily parking for private transport costs 2000.

I really liked the apartments. A large selection of baths and saunas, 4 outdoor pools and 1 huge indoor. The children's pool area with a small slide and two warm pools is allocated separately. In warm weather, outdoor water activities for children work. Stunning views, clean air. There is a small children's room in the restaurant area of the main building.
Of the minuses, the lack of grocery stores within walking distance, there are a couple of restaurants with a not very diverse menu. And also there is no animation or game room for children where they could be left for a while.
Judging by the fact that the complex is new, animation and shops are likely to appear soon.

Positive:
Clean, everything is quite new, from the window there is a view of Frushka Mountain, a pool on the S level with a panoramic view, children were given bathrobes in size, the restaurant had some delicious dishes. Free parking, wifi is normal.
Minuses:
We were booked a superior room for 2 adults and 2 adult children according to the porodicni vikend program. As a result, it turned out to be a very small room for 3 people, there was nowhere to put an extra bed. It did not work out to change the room, the reception said they had no superior left for 4 people. The double bed consisted of two single beds pushed together, one of which turned out to be an old rumpled mattress (sleepless night). They refused to give us extra slippers for children. The restaurant is rather not tasty, like a buffet, but the food is limited. At dinner, there is not even free water, no tea, nothing (in the morning there is everything), drinks are completely at your own expense. The outdoor pools were not heated, and in February the water there was icy (with the exception of a small paddling pool, where you can't swim), those could only swim in indoor pools on three levels. On the first and second it smells strongly of bleach, it's stuffy, there are a lot of people on weekends, you can't swim, everyone is hanging on the sides. As a result, we swam in the same pool on the upper level, where there are fewer people.
And this is for 270 euros/day.

It is an amazingly beautiful place and very high service. There are several pools on the street overlooking the mountains. There is even a sports one for swimming and of course with bubbles and jets that flow into different parts of the body. All pools are warm and very clean (not in Serbian). There are also slides, which is also fun. Indoors there is a large swimming pool and a cafe.
We paid 2000 dinars for all the pleasure from 16 to 20 working days.
The inconvenient thing is that the bus to Novi Sad starts at 21.30, and the Spa ends at 20.00 and then there is not much to do there. The rest is great!

Unique thermal baths to visit. Gorgeous views from the pools, mineral water at different temperatures in the pools. The steam rooms are diverse, I remember the panoramic one. The changing rooms are shared, with changing rooms. If the visit is only to termi, then bus 86 from Novi Sad. Book a session at the spa in advance by mail or phone, otherwise it will be more expensive or they will refuse a separate visit or reserve with the hotel. The place is very beautiful. Nearby, if anything, there is a chic Italian restaurant.

Beautiful views, a separate building for a garage - free of charge for hotel guests.
Top service from the reception to the waiters.
Breakfasts and dinners are a chic buffet (we got to Christmas).
Everything is very clean and well maintained.
There are Russian speakers and Serbs everywhere 👍🏼
The room was taken like an ordinary one, but quite spacious. The bed is great, it sleeps great.
Wi-Fi without a password, automatically catches everywhere. Just everywhere. This is the first time in our practice that we didn't have to bother with the Internet at all (the speed is also decent).
I will note the schedule of meals and work of all zones - quite comfortable
Saunas/chill rooms - several types, enough to cover the need for relaxation (but I can't say that this is the best I've tried). I liked the room with mattresses on the water.
The pools are indoor and outdoor for adults and children of all ages. Top-of-the-line outdoor thermal pool with Jacuzzi.
Children's area with table tennis, kicker (normal kicker), balls, Montessori educational toys, Legos, etc.
There is a small fitness room with strength and cardio equipment 👍🏼
To summarize: 5 out of 5. I definitely recommend it and will come back again.

A wonderful place, we were at the end of December. We lived in a bungalow. Great Italian restaurant nearby. What I didn't really like was the bungalow itself, the small house inside is not at all cozy. A cool place, there is a direct bus from Novi Sad station, there is a stop next to the hotel, there are many outdoor pools on the street, heated water at a pleasant temperature, the staff is polite and ready to help, there are enough baths, the room is clean, not much was marked on the balcony with swallows and there was a swallow's nest on the balcony, but there was a card on which it is written that swallows are protected creatures, and so that they do not hesitate to call for cleaning to clean the balcony.
Bottles were mixed up in the room, conditioner and shampoo were at the sink, hand soap and body cream in the shower, they were well fixed on the wall, it did not work out to change, the situation is not critical, but not pleasant. The breakfast was great, quite a lot of different food for every taste, vegetarian was also available.
There is a Kula landmark within walking distance.
There weren't very many people. Price/quality/fullness is excellent.

In general, the hotel is good, 4 stars fully justifies both here and on its logo. But there are a number of very dubious points:
1. Drinks for dinner. There are none. If you take half board, then you are entitled to only water for dinner, everything else is for money. And everything else is either cola and juice from a bag, or tea bags, or beer.This spoils the impression quite a lot. The food itself is very tasty, there are a lot of things to choose from.
2. Disgusting massage. This is the worst massage I've ever had. We tried different massage therapists, it feels like they learned from each other, or did not study at all. It can't even be called a massage, it's just random pokes on the body. For $ 50, I think this quality of service is unacceptable.
3. If you have a view of the forest, then get ready for the fact that at sunset you will be illuminated all night by an advertising screen on the garage opposite the hotel. The curtains will have to be closed tightly, which is quite difficult. Why the hotel does not agree with the owner of the billboard to turn it off at least for the night is not clear to me at all. In summer, this will be especially noticeable when you want to sit on the balcony.

Good rest, the maximum number of people in the complex on weekends, I recommend taking weekdays. I was very impressed with the thermal complex, swimming pools and saunas. The reception did not make a discount on arrival, only after a reminder. They did not give a wellcom drink (only after a reminder), incorrectly activated the bracelets on the aquacomplex. Overall, the impressions are positive, a cool place to reboot for a couple of days.
