A great hotel with a huge territory. The hotel welcomed you with a welcome drink (juice). We lived in the second building, all rooms with sea views. The rooms are not stuffy, there is an iron, a hairdryer, a kettle, a large refrigerator, a plasma TV and, most conveniently and interestingly, each room has a washing machine. The room greeted us with a plate of fruit and a cake. There are free drinks in the fridge: cola, 7up, mineral water, juice (one-time). Daily room cleaning, change of towels, water, tea, coffee, sugar. Buggies run around the hotel (free of charge). There are 4 swimming pools on the territory: an aquapark for kids; a central one (there is a bar, a DJ, foam parties); an aquapark for children and adults, with various slides); a pool at the 2nd building (it seemed to us the quietest and relatively deserted). Each pool has a watcher, free bathing vests, towels and other entertainment are available, already on dongi. The sea is clean and calm, the sand is like semolina, deck chairs, towels are free. There is a bar on the beach, sports equipment rental and children's play sets in the sand. There were days when there were jellyfish in the sea and plankton were biting. Basically, the water is clear, warm, and clean. As for meals, we had full board, including breakfast, lunch and dinner. I read in the reviews that there are huge queues for breakfast, but this is not the case. There is a queue in the main hall on the first floor, where the animation takes place, the entrance to the second floor or the adjacent buffet is free. Breakfast is a buffet, there is a large selection, you definitely won't stay hungry. Lunch was on the menu, but when the local Vietnamese came to the hotel, they organized a buffet, as well as a buffet dinner. The food is varied and delicious, but it seemed a little bland to us. They also have a chocolate hour every day, offering cakes, chocolate, fruit, popcorn, and all this can be dipped in chocolate). There are several restaurants and a mini market on the territory, where there is everything you need (goods for children, hygiene supplies and much more). There are also 2 24/7 gyms, a huge playground and a trampoline nearby. There are also children's activities near the central pool, a children's room for toddlers, a children's room for older children and slot machines. If necessary, you can place the child under the supervision of a caregiver. In the evening, milk and cookies were delivered to the rooms, but not always. If necessary, you can also take the hotel bus to the city and back. In general, we really liked it, I recommend it for a family vacation!

They were forced to check into the hotel due to flight cancellation. But we were very satisfied with the hotel. We lived in one of the two main buildings. The rooms are spacious. Sea view. We had a large refrigerator and a washing machine in our room - we used it. Breakfast is a buffet (the food is varied). The sea is 300 meters away, past several rows of bungalows (also from this hotel). They carry electric cars, there are bicycles, you can walk. The beach is its own - snow-white sand, free sun beds, towels. Gentle entry into the sea. The sea itself is magical!

Ambiguous feelings... On the one hand, it is clean, the rooms are nice, a large balcony, all shower accessories, tea set, water, slippers and bathrobes that can be used on the beach. There is a lot of greenery, you can walk around the territory, there are hammocks and swings, a free salt sauna, a clear sea with a sandy shore... But... I didn't like the service, the priority is given to tourists from Asia, since there are more of them, you stand in line for breakfast, your turn comes and they give you a stop sign, allowing tourists from other countries to pass by appearance... It is strange and unpleasant, then write in the description which countries you accept... Once, during a musical performance, I was pushed away altogether so that a tourist from Asia could see better... According to nutrition, there is no bracelet system, each meal is in turn, as each room is searched in a notebook and manually marked... Breakfast lasts 1.5 hours, and there are a lot of people, if you arrive at the beginning, 9.00, you will be standing in the lobby, if around 10.00, then they constantly rush you and say that we will close soon. You don't have to take lunch at all, because there are only a limited number of dishes on the menu, you can't take anything else, they cook for a very long time, and then they say they're already closing... Drinks are all paid, so we took 3 meals a day, it turned out that for drinks, I mean the simplest ones, for example, tea - for a fee. Upon check-in, we were given a printout with the meal time, there was only one central restaurant "Panorama", it closes at 21.00. Once we were on a tour and returned at 21.30, went to the bar by the sea, it closes at 22.00, we were refused, went to another restaurant, it is open until 23.00, We ordered food, then we were going to pay. The waiter checked our number in the database and informed us that we had paid for meals, we only had to pay for drinks, so no one informed us about the possibility of eating in all 3 places at the reception during check-in. This hotel is suitable for families with young children, the animation is designed for toddlers, teenagers and adults are not interested at all, the rest here is similar to a sanatorium: you can walk, eat, swim, everything closes early, the music ends at 21.30. There is a paid rope park, interesting for teenagers, but only one level worked there. During our stay from 22.06 to 4.07, there were jellyfish in the sea. In general, the impressions are not very good, primarily because of the attitude towards tourists from Russia. I would not recommend a vacation here. One of the advantages is the wonderful sea. A few years ago, we visited a nearby hotel, where the attitude, food and animation for different ages were much better.

We lived in a villa. It's expensive and rich! Bedroom, living room, kitchen with stove and dishes, large refrigerator. Non-alcoholic drinks for free, tea, coffee machine capsules. Two toilets, a bathtub, a shower. Dressing room. Your own pool! Terrace, deck chairs. Two TVs. Rocking chair. Two breakfast rooms, they are so huge! Probably everything is there! On the territory of the villa, there are several hotel buildings, several swimming pools, an aquapark, a rope park, a tennis court. The territory is huge. Restaurants on site. Perfect cleanliness, quiet, beautiful. You can walk or drive electric cars around the territory.

My score is excellent, but my opinion is mixed. The five network on the coast, the first line, clean sand and the sea. The hotel feels like it's been around for 20 years, but it's still in decent condition. I was very pleased with the high level of service and communication of the staff at the hotel: lightning-fast response to any question, real help and assistance, I would say, even calm humility in any incomprehensible situation. Obviously, the hotel has a task-to listen to its guest, try not to argue with him, but to help. At the same time, there were some nuances that were a little confusing from the usual all in in Vietnam: I had to keep this information in my head periodically during the most routine operations on vacation. Three large buildings and many wonderful villas of different sizes with private pools, three pools of different orientation, water slides, a rope park for children, a wonderful spa. It's very cozy: lots of greenery, paved paths, flowers, gazebos, swings on palm trees ... in general, complete relaxation. 2 a la carte restaurants + 1 main one in the lobby for breakfast, a children's room with lots of entertainment, live music. The hotel is very family-run, there are a lot of children from 0+, very few guests from Europe, a lot (98 percent) from Asia. Communication is in English only. And there is an opportunity to walk around the hotel for a very long time and a lot: it takes at least 5-7 minutes to walk to the restaurant, but it's the most beautiful thing!☺️ A private beach with all accessories is at guests' disposal. In the right season, swimming on this coast is excellent: a gentle sunset, clean sand, security and beach entertainment for everyone.

I really liked it, minus the waves more, sometimes they don't even let me swim in the sea. When you run into the hotel, you are greeted by animators dressed as birds. A good chain hotel. Clear. Carefully. Friendly. The guest is the main one here - and this is felt in everything. Large and well-maintained territory. Private beach. Security is at a high level. The hotel is remote from many tourist attractions. There are none within walking distance. As there are no shops with markets. And this should be taken into account when planning a vacation. It didn't bother us - we chose this hotel for the second week of rest, and in the first we lived in Nha Trang, from there we looked at all the main things and went. But you will be rewarded with peace and quiet. Breakfasts, lunches and dinners are hearty and varied. Breakfast is very crowded, despite the fact that they are organized in several halls on busy days. The cleaning is conscientious. The hotel has its own application and interaction with the hotel (room cleaning, room order, delivery from the market on departure, questions and suggestions) is convenient to carry out through it. Two large buildings and many, many small bungalows. You can walk or drive around in electric cars. The staff is polite and friendly. Beach service, free sun loungers and towels. The bed linen and beds are cool. The rooms have mini-kitchens and washing machines (this is a delight!). The bathrooms are neat-well, very cramped. Our toilet flowed - and was unavailable for a day :-) gorgeous balconies with wonderful views of the sea and the sky. A separate joy - lighting and sockets - for every taste. The staff is still on the "do not disturb" scoreboard - they will still knock insistently. The second building has very thin entrance doors - sometimes it interferes and there is a terrible lack of a bar area. A lot of daytime and evening activities. Two pools and slides. A strange choice of bottled drinking water in the rooms is water with a very pronounced level of mineralization. Instead of indoor slippers, there are slates (good-quality). It should be borne in mind that upon check-in, they will be asked - even if everything is paid - to make a deposit. Expenses that may be incurred during the stay will need to be paid separately. And the deposit will be refunded after departure in a few days. The hotel - in general - is worth its money. I recommend.
