Terrible attitude towards customers, I left the TV to replace the backlight, I did it for almost a month. Then he started disappearing, you can't catch him on the spot. I'm calling, but he doesn't pick up the phone, and as a result, he added me to the blacklist altogether, and reached me from another phone. Two stars just for what the TV did.
