In the early days, the hotel was clean, tidy and welcoming, with food served. However, later we switched to self-service with a buffet. The choice of food has become less diverse, and the price-quality ratio has also deteriorated slightly. Overall, the level of service has dropped slightly. It is important that the hotels maintain consistent quality throughout the guests' stay. I paid by transfer to their card, they help with everything, the staff speaks both Russian and Uzbek, they even seem to know English. They politely give advice on any questions regarding attractions, etc. They can help you purchase a SIM card. They respond, but not so quickly. The staff is changing, so don't get hung up on my feedback about them. Everything was perfect in the first race, but in the second race, the staff was different, the attitude was different. The shower room is clean. Cleaning is done every day. The rooms are clean. I can't hear the street. I can't really hear the neighbors. The view was to the city. Nearby cafes, a grocery store, a large road, bus stops. By the way, there is a cafe with a disco next door. Something like this

The hotel has an average quality of service, although the appearance is impressive. We stayed for two days. During this time, they found a broken faucet in the shower, a light that turns on every other time, and a TV that shows almost nothing. Breakfast is quite normal. The location of the hotel is not the best. There are nightclubs, baths, and alcohol shops all around. Well, there is a large construction site of high-rise buildings nearby.

I was at the hotel at the end of May 2024. The location of the hotel is good. The reservation was made via the Internet. They provided a double room for me alone. Yes, there are minor disadvantages for me, but where are they not? On weekends, the street is noisy until 22 o'clock, there are many cafes nearby, but this did not bother me. .In general, the room is excellent, everything you need is there (air conditioning, refrigerator, kettle, TV). Room cleaning, change of towels, linen and bathroom accessories every day. There are no problems with drinking bottled water at all. The breakfast is quite decent and varied, thanks to Deal. Special thanks to the administrators of the Macan Hotel Mirazim, Akbar and Zhalol for their sensitive and respectful attitude! On my next visit to Tashkent, I see no point in looking for another place.

I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. The first night was before leaving for Samarkand. The room is very clean, freshly renovated. Breakfast is for three, but you won't stay hungry. After returning, surprisingly, the breakfast assortment expanded. Many people write about audibility in the common corridor and from the street, but since we had interesting and long excursions every day, we fell asleep quickly and comfortably)). There are a lot of cafes, restaurants and shops on the street and nearby. There is a market nearby. If I come to Tashkent again, I will be happy to stay there. The entrance group is quite pleasant, the staff is polite, the rooms are clean.. there were some disadvantages: there was no light switch near the bed, you were constantly stomping to the door. In my room, it was interesting with a lamp at all , the 2-bedroom bed was moved 15 centimeters away from the wall , well , I think this is so that couples do not bother the neighbors with this when the backrest hits the wall.. but as it turned out, I was mistaken)) There was a wall lamp behind the back, with a switch and an outlet.. in general, it amused me)) . The furniture in the room was obviously not installed by professionals, the cutouts for sockets in the closet are a separate kind of art.. but that's the little things, to be honest. The most annoying thing was that repairs were carried out during my stay , the perforator did not stop until 12 o'clock at night . The neighborhood with bars is also a big minus , on weekdays more or less, on weekends at least hang yourself until 3-4 in the morning under the windows of Guy Gui. The mood was also spoiled by the fact that the elevator did not work the last day of my stay. The absence of "do not disturb" signs, Well, the cherry on the cake when contacting the reception asked to scan the document, to which he received the answer "I can't", this is taking into account the fact that when checking in, they scan the passport.. in general, they did not help to solve the problem in any way, and it is clear that there was no desire to help at all.
On the positive side, the cleaners are very sociable and friendly.

Sooooo noisy hotel. Outside there is loud music from establishments, and constantly triggered alarms and honking motorists, inside there is any rustle, because there is no sound insulation (the doors are short). Noisy drunken guests can check in at 5 a.m., and the staff can listen to folk music at 7 a.m. You can hear the elevator coming to the floor at the other end of the corridor and all the arrivals to the rooms. One of the rooms has a broken toilet, the other has a leaky shower. The Wi-Fi is not working well. The staff as a whole is trying. The room is fine without air conditioning.
