Once again, I am convinced that not everyone is able to sell equipment properly. It was necessary to ship two laptops in Tashkent. In fact, we received a set of system errors.: • we ordered devices with an American keyboard, but in the end it turned out to be Arabic; • the adapters were first announced that they were free, then suddenly became paid; • managers cannot answer which power supply is included in the package — 35W Compact or regular; • instead of the necessary plug-in, they sold two adapters that do not solve the problem; • the laptops were booked in advance, but when the person arrived, it turned out that the reservation had not been moved and they offered to "wait later". Lack of knowledge about the product, responsibility and basic organization of processes. Such a service is unacceptable for equipment of this level.
