I ordered a birthday cake for my child. It looks pretty nice, but that's where all the advantages end. The service is disgusting, instead of chocolate they brought berry, the decorations on the cake are not made of chocolate, as usually happens in normal pastry shops, but of marzipan. I already ordered a similar one from another place, mini chocolates were always decorated with chocolate, not marzipan. Styrofoam balls and marzipan on top, this is generally unacceptable. What if the child eats styrofoam? I asked to bring it as late as possible, they said they would bring it at 21:00, called, asked if it was possible to bring it an hour earlier. As a result, at 18:00, the courier calls and says I'm at the entrance. On the phone, the manager apologizes for the memorized text, interrupts me with the phrase that they sent a memo. They offered a 25% discount on the next order. There is absolutely no desire to order anything from them. Although I always used to take finished products there. Yes, it is clearly too high for such a cake, where they saved on everything.
