I tried to sew it up on my own, but it didn't help. There were fears that after that it would definitely be useless to apply under warranty. Almost at the end of the warranty period, while visiting Minsk on business, I asked the manager if something could be done in this situation. I provided a photo that the seam had parted before any manipulation, and the store + supplier immediately gave me a brand new backpack with an updated one-year warranty.
