I showed a photo example with caramel highlights, and I got purple strands of hair, then they turned it into gray strands, in the end just brown hair. For 5 hours of continuous hair coloring, they turned into dry straw, and the burning of the scalp began. In the end, the Madina salon team sent me home on the pretext that it was already closing time, setting a new time the next morning with another master to correct the error. As soon as I got home, I received a message from them about canceling the recording. I'm just shocked by such an unprofessional service. I am very disappointed in you, Olya, because I believed you.
