We stayed for 2 nights. The room is large, cozy, very clean. The room has new furniture, fresh renovation and plumbing. The breakfasts are delicious, there is everything for every taste. The staff is friendly. The reception has a very pleasant smell) Good location of the hotel. One of the disadvantages is that there is a huge gap under the door in the room (and in all rooms), which makes it very audible what is happening in the corridor; it is cold in the room, but there is an electric fan heater, which heats the room quite quickly.

Service, staff, food - 10/10. The hotel positions itself as a "guardian of American service traditions." This is true, they helped with ordering a taxi, and with printing out documents, although they did not ask for tips in the American manner. The Central Asian breakfast is generous, with four options for hot, a good assortment of cold snacks, and fresh fruits. The main disadvantages are heating and imperfections. The batteries and the air conditioner were constantly turned on, but the cold persisted, although the weather was acceptable, minus 6. Minor flaws (the handle falls off, towel racks, the doorway is swollen from water), it's great if they repair it.

Nice hotel. In downtown. Museums and restaurants are within walking distance. For breakfast, in addition to the buffet, you can order porridge, omelette or fried eggs. Polite, helpful staff.
