Unfortunately, I rarely write negative comments, but the service at the Madeleine, located in Shymkent Plaza, left a very unpleasant impression. I ordered dumplings with me and two icicles. I paid for the order, the dumplings were warmed up for me and just put on the table. When I asked to put them in a bag, the employee said with obvious displeasure that the package was paid — 20 tenge. I calmly agreed, and after that I asked a question about the appliances and napkins. The reaction was so dismissive that I just can't believe it. All this was accompanied by obvious disgust and contempt in his voice. The overall situation was terrible, and I certainly did not expect such an attitude from an institution that positions itself as a high-level service.
