Very nice cafe, always clean, tidy, soothing atmosphere.The staff is polite. It's nice to visit such an institution where you can have a snack and drink wonderful coffee.

I visit the institution quite often (Sovetskaya St., 42), as I work nearby and constantly encounter a problem: the employee is not at his workplace for 20 minutes. I'm standing under the entrance in the rain, and there's a sign on the door that says “Technical break — 10 minutes.” There is no number, I have no idea how to contact the employee.
