My husband and I chose MagAvia not only because my husband's parents had already contacted them a couple of years before us. We chose MagAvia for the attitude to our customers, for competent employees, for the opportunity to offer holidays according to your requests, for reliability... We knew exactly what we wanted, we even decided in advance on the hotel (Selchukhan hotel in Kemer). And they sent us on vacation to Turkey in October (we celebrated our first anniversary there). Marina Logvinova prepared the documents for us very quickly, told us everything in detail, gave some recommendations, and was in touch all the time. We signed a contract, we were provided with insurance, and additionally we decided to take out insurance against non-departure. There was even an opportunity to choose the departure time. We left without delay. Marina registered good seats for us on the plane, so I got a lot of impressions even before arriving at the holiday destination. We were met and taken to the hotel in comfort. Special thanks to the welcoming party of the Odeon Tours. The guides who accompanied us on the trip were so nice and interesting that we wanted to listen to them all the time, they talked very interestingly about the sights and just interesting places. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were also well received, immediately checked into our room, which had a view of both the sea and the mountains. The room is very beautiful and comfortable, with air conditioning, warm water, kettle, TV (channels only in Russian on different topics). It was enough. Food, drinks, entertainment, good weather, warm and clean sea, a variety of excursions ... With a little sadness, we flew home. We took photos, impressions, memories, a beautiful tan and Turkish delight with us. We also flew back comfortably (not without Marina's efforts, of course, for which we thank her very much). It was time to relax after the flight, share your impressions with your loved ones, show photos... we plan to return to the same hotel again. And again we will turn to MagAvia for new impressions. We recommend it from the bottom of our hearts!

We flew to Crete and Turkey from this company. We organized a terrible vacation for young people, manager Natalia Tkachuk sent us to a hotel, where mostly those over 50 and the quality left much to be desired. There has been nothing relative to Turkey yet. Now I wanted to book Spain with her, sent a contract with incorrect passports, except for mine, and wrote again, what difference does it make that the passports are incorrect, you still need to change them))) and send the money to the account through Alpha today. It seems they wanted to throw me... But I didn't pay in the morning and she blacklisted me, I couldn't get through to her and she wrote that she didn't want to pay the fine, since I didn't run headlong to pay in the morning and said goodbye to me. That's it
