When asked what should we do in this case?, the seller did not offer any options, they asked for a number where they could contact, but she could not do that either, she said that the working day was already over, although we did not ask about the work schedule, but asked for a number. They asked for a complaint book, and we were provided with it from the 5th request, but they didn't give us a pen to write a complaint, the seller said she wouldn't give it on principle. Dear management, tell your employee what follows for not providing a book of complaints and suggestions after the first customer request. The salesperson should definitely change jobs if she is so annoyed by people... not to mention the incompetence and customer orientation of this employee. We still have the certificate, next time we'll have to bring a pen as well.
