I ordered flowers for the first time on March 8th. The receptionist explained over the phone how to place an order. I tormented her for a very long time, so thank you for her patience and understanding 🙏 The flowers were delivered on time, the gorgeous bouquet pleased my mother very much 🥰 I recently ordered again. The bouquets on the site used to be better. Now they are all of the same type. They are packed like barrels, and there are few flowers.
Many thanks to consultant Anna, who suggested other packaging options and took into account all my wishes when making a bouquet. I wish there were more attentive sellers who can competently advise and conscientiously do their job! The bouquet is super! My sister liked it very much, I will always contact you. This, comrades, is a horror. Maybe I was unlucky, but I was immediately alerted by the lack of a photo of the finished bouquet. The bouquet did not come as in the photo, the roses were smaller, there were much more greenery. But most importantly, the flowers were not fresh, obviously a little extinct. And even this is still a trifle, against the background of the fact that there were midges!!! And the next day, since they were not visible on the first day, there were very, very many of them!! I do not advise anyone to take flower delivery here. I ordered the bouquet on February 13 for February 14

Being not in Belarus, it is very difficult to find a place where you can remotely order a bouquet in Novopolotsk (Polotsk) to please your loved ones. It is easy and simple to arrange the sending of a bouquet remotely. I liked everything very much! The bouquets were made beautifully, all the necessary questions are asked in messengers convenient for you, delivery is clearly on time. Both times I talked to my mother on the phone at the time of delivery, and it was at this moment that flowers were brought to her, it turned out very cool) Thank you very much for the beautiful flowers and the opportunity to organize a pleasant surprise for your loved ones!)
