The store is good, the choice is large, I don't know how for others, but they advised Us in a fairly accessible and understandable way....!) Of course there are nuances... But everyone has them... For example, one measurer came, froze and left (figuratively told what would happen and that's it), another measurer measured everything, said that with doorways you need to either expand a couple of centimeters or trim the doors, told and showed how beautifully and how cozy the goodies will be made and how convenient the doors are to open ...!!!))) In general, everything is fast, and very good!) Any issue can be resolved if something is wrong or something needs to be changed and edited! We are satisfied!!! I recommend it!!!

They wanted the doors of the ISTOKDOORS factory. Of all the points who deal with these doors, this one ("on mokhovo") was the cheapest BUT! as it turned out to be the most problematic.
The first bell was when, when choosing a seller, at this point I asked to calculate the approximate cost of a set of doors, to which I was answered "well, if you order from us, then we will calculate"- the seller is from God!!! With grief in half calculated. To the question "what are the deadlines?", they cheated, said 3-4 weeks. Although at all other points they said 6-8 weeks, the plant is loaded. The seller is only interested in his profit, not in attracting buyers!!! At the conclusion of the contract, she (the seller or the director, whoever she is) herself decided that they were measuring us, taking care of those doors that we need and all the others that are not there yet. Like, so that next time you don't come to us for a measurement. Ie, she decided that we would come back to her, or rather she thought that I was a fool and would keep silent. Okay.. Ordered... The contract stipulates that the standard doors are 30 or 35 (I don't remember) working days, and for custom positions 45. The deadlines were already approaching, despite the fact that they promised 3-4 weeks, I myself am calling to find out where the doors are. The seller only after my call, decided to clarify at the factory what and how. Call back and a bunch of unnecessary "water" - "well, you know, there are no doors yet and blah blah blah." I drew her attention to the terms of the contract, to which the answer was "you ordered the doors, so this is a custom position." OK. The deadline for a custom-made position ended on the 20th and we told the seller, the answer was "I'm going on vacation and I'll be in Belarus only on the 26th, so the doors will be only after my arrival, if you are not satisfied, then refuse." It's just a tin and not a seller. The main thing is to stick it in, and what's next, it doesn't really bother her. Horror. As a result, we waited for her and our doors (from August 18 to October 27). I do not recommend this point!!! If you want to save your nerves and time, order somewhere else. We won't come back here!!!! The only thing that was professional was the installer!!!! I arrived, I did everything for 100 points. The only one who brightened up this situation a little.
