Unfortunate that the place is really clean and nice but it is not foreigner friendly from the fact that there is no subtitles and no translation whatsoever so you can only watch movies in Russian. But the bad review is because the lady at the counter cut me tickets knowing I'd not be able to understand anything and then refused to give me a refund, thankfully the manager had some common sense and was decent enough to do so.. we waited an hour for the movie we couldn't watch. Maybe they should put up a sign in English letting people known as other countries offer subtitles especially when it's Hollywood movies that are playing..

I bought two VIP hall tickets for the 10:00 AM session via mobile at 9:00 AM. We arrived at 9:50, showed our tickets, and entered the hall. But the movie never started — even by 10:20. When I asked, they apologized and said the session had been canceled. Very disappointing.

Ee have been in children’s theatre and it is nice only for little ones, seats are too small for adults
