MAGIC LIFE FURNITURE IS AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE! The process we are going through in this store is not a complete disappointment, it is officially a victimization. Until you place an order, the employees seem extremely attentive, kind and professional. Everything is so-called “corporate”. The delivery date is given clearly, confidence is instilled. But the moment the payment is paid, the attitude completely changes. The approach of the employees is incredibly frivolous and reckless. The same memorized sentences every day: “He's coming tomorrow.” “On the way.” “He's definitely here next week.” But in reality there is nothing! Finally, we investigated and found out that the product was manufactured in Inegöl. When we met with the manufacturer, we learned that the product had not even started on the road yet, and was even waiting in production due to a lack of materials. So the store clearly did not provide the correct information. Employees do not speak clearly, do not take responsibility, constantly fudge. There is no clear answer when you call. There is no concrete information when you ask. But there is a lot of distraction.
