The administrators have no customer orientation, patience is over, I will look for another salon. a regular customer, I visit the solarium, at first I tried to go by appointment, but in my time it was always busy when I arrived and waited from 5 to 15 minutes, but when I was exactly 4 minutes late they wouldn't let me in, I decided to come without an appointment - the next client was supposed to come in 20 minutes - they also said wait, nonsense!!! Once, all the time, I forgot my paper subscription, they refused to visit 🤦♀️ although everything is marked in the database, I regularly go, I emphasize, but I have never met such an attitude of absolute indifference to my clients and no desire to help

I fell in love with this place because Tatiana, a cosmetologist, works there, a man who loves his job, divine hands, bioenergetics that will relax even the most nervous person. Massage, moisturizing, peels are all just super in her performance. The video shows the face immediately after hydroderma.

I visited a tanning salon during the year, and during that time the administrators irresponsibly treated my appointment for a certain time three times. I've been visiting this salon for about a month and a half. And every time I'm waiting for these unsanitary glasses in a terrible state. The lenses are torn off, the cord is rotted, all in 10 knots, crumbles in the hands. It is already impossible to fix the lenses on it. I am patient. I kept waiting for one of the employees to pay attention. Dear management, either you do not appreciate customers at all or things are going very badly. If the second option is available, then write to me. Then I will come again and overpay 50 kopecks for a shoelace from GUM for your establishment.
