I'M terribly UPSET! A few months ago, I lightened my hair for 6 hours to turn ashen from almost black (natural light brown). It was lightened a little with yellowness, but as a result, the master said that after a few coloring his will be ashen. I took the time not to put on makeup right away, as the hairdresser said. Now I had to go to Volkovysk and come to this barbershop. I chose a color, the hairdresser said that the color (ashen) Would take over mine. I said I needed a lighter natural color. In the end, despite the color I chose, they decided that I needed another one and mixed three paints, two of them darker even than my natural one!!! And the hairdresser said that my hair color would be darker only when it was almost dyed. I could barely hold back my tears! The color came out darker than natural, and also with a terrible brown-red shade!! I am very upset! Disgusting service, lack of professionalism! Not to mention spoiling the mood for a few days. And as a result, I will have to lighten my hair again to get at least into my natural color!! It's a pity that I can't put a score below zero. Otherwise, I would have put a maximum of MINUS 5!!
