I called on the issue of replacing a part of the case, they confirmed to me that everything can be done, put it into repair - they said it would be ready in two days. A week later, I clarified, they said it was still under repair. As a result, two weeks later they said that they had made a mistake and could make repairs, but not for 40 as promised, but for 160. I refused and the camera was returned to me in a worse condition than I handed it over. They could not explain why they tore off the elastic band more strongly, and the master was rude!

I was photographed under a disgusting light. As a result, nothing was retouched.
