I was in a zero mood: I didn't even fix my hair in front of the mirror. first impression of the photographer: well, this is clearly someone professional and passionate. rraz-two, remarks on the case. I looked at the photo already at home. the best photo in the last 10 years)) and most importantly, I look like myself in it (unlike the photos that trainee girls usually take). respect to the photographer! It's a pity I didn't look at his full name.

I called on the issue of replacing a part of the case, they confirmed to me that everything can be done, put it into repair - they said it would be ready in two days. A week later, I clarified, they said it was still under repair. As a result, two weeks later they said that they had made a mistake and could make repairs, but not for 40 as promised, but for 160. I refused and the camera was returned to me in a worse condition than I handed it over. They could not explain why they tore off the elastic band more strongly, and the master was rude!

I took photos for documents. The quality of the photo is tin) I personally asked to be retouched. They said they didn't need to do anything, they wouldn't do anything. I was photographed under a disgusting light. As a result, nothing was retouched. The photo turned out to be disgusting, with bags under the eyes, the face turned out to be puffy due to the light… In short, the horror. I've never taken a picture so badly anywhere.

We got a good doctor, she sent for a picture and they already saw huge adenoids on it. An operation has been scheduled, the doctor is still calling and asking how the child is feeling.

I came in 1 time and I won't come back. I printed glossy photos of 10x15 39 pieces. At first, the woman said the payment was for 40 pcs.I asked her where 1 photo came from - she was silent. Next, I stipulated not to change anything, not to "cut" at my discretion. Everything is as it is, without any white fields. An hour and a half of waiting, I live nearby- no problem. I arrived on time, everything was ready - eeeee! every single photo is highlighted, the quality of the photo is lost, WHY ask. Who thought of editing the photo HIMSELF is a nightmare. 40 rubles in the trash. I've redone it in another place! I do not recommend this office!!!

If it were possible to put 0 stars, I would have done so. Feedback on the digitization of the film. They gave me a film and a free scan of the film (I found out later that it cost 5 rubles), I came, it turned out that it was just a scan, but I still need to pay extra for the photos to be digitized and sent to my mail))) Yes, what could be expected, but then immediately sell the service at full cost, and not a ticket for 5 rubles, when you need to pay extra to the person who was given it. I think, okay, I start to tell the woman at the checkout that I need a large photo format (meaning the TIFF format), the woman clearly did not understand me, since I recently use film and forgot to indicate the name of the photo format. I explained as best I could what it takes for a photo to weigh from 25mb, to which I get the question "why do you need such great quality? are you going to print such big photos?", I answer that I need maximum quality for working on a computer, for social networks, they answered me, "why do you need such great quality? What we offer you is enough for the Internet."
I managed to choose a permit, for which you will pay an additional 13.5 rubles. The total amount was 18.5. And what came in the mail? JPEG photos up to 1mb in size.
After calling and clarifying why the photo size is so small and whether I can get photos on Yandex.disk, and not a message in the mail and in TIFF format, they answered no, because the TIFF format is twice as expensive. 37 rubles for a good quality photo?
In another laboratory, I gave 16 rubles for the polite attitude of the staff and the good quality of the photos.
The aftertaste is negative, I do not recommend this studio to those who want to stay in a good mood and save money.

I didn't like the attitude in this salon terribly. The hospitality is at zero, no one has taught these people how to greet. Everyone is fussing, there is no one at the place near the cash register. The photographer himself didn't care at all, the reviews are surprising that the photographer there advised them something about how to look better in the frame, corrected their hair)) in my case, he wanted to get rid of me faster, and it was obvious. I was just confused, I didn't know whether to laugh, or take my feet in my hands and get out of there, it was terribly uncomfortable to be there. I always thought that a photographer should help you choose the most attractive angle possible, plant it beautifully, fix your hair, how it all looks better in the frame, fix your clothes. And do not give commands to the left to the right, fix your hair go to the mirror, it was not very pleasant. Only negative impressions.

Unfortunately, only negative feelings remained from the contact. I asked about the repair of the camera . It was only necessary to find out the cost of repairing the camera holder. They demanded diagnostics at a cost of 75 rubles. And this is for the obvious breakdown. Simple imposition of services. Unpleasant. I will not apply anymore. Because there is no point in paying for unprofessionalism.

No one offered any poses for the photo, the imperfections of the skin were not hidden. The photo quality is soapy. I won't come back and I won't advise my friends.
