I agreed to pay the full cost, they said it was possible, but if I went through two departments on the day I arrived, and the third department on another day. I expected to complete everything in one day. When asked why the Call Center does not provide the correct information, the answer is "they do not know all the details," so maybe the Call Center staff should be taught so that there would be no more such misunderstandings.
