Before writing it down, I consulted several times. I signed up for an MRI scan of the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine, and they recorded it at a discount. When asked if the MRI of each department can be recorded on a separate disc, "yes, of course you can, tell me at the center." As it turned out in fact, it is impossible. I agreed to pay the full cost, they said it was possible, but if I went through two departments on the day I arrived, and the third department on another day. I expected to complete everything in one day. When asked why the Call Center does not provide the correct information, the answer is "they do not know all the details," so maybe the Call Center staff should be taught so that there would be no more such misunderstandings.

I visited the center for the first time . Everything is polite, it is pleasant to communicate both on the phone and at a meeting.The building is modern, everything is clean.The procedure took 30-40 minutes . I haven 't seen the result yet, but I hope for the doctors ' literacy.

The new modern center with an MRI machine seems to be the best in the city. They did an MRI of the CNS, the disk was ready immediately, the description was done three days later, free of charge within the framework of the CSHI. Tea, coffee, sweets are free in the waiting room, open until 22.00
