To be honest, I'm surprised by the low ratings, because my experience with them is beyond praise. I would especially like to mention a wonderful male employee (unfortunately, I do not know the name!) who works there. He's just a magician! Every time I contact him, he accurately guesses my wishes and creates incredible bouquets. It is clear that the man is passionate about his business and is an excellent florist. The bouquets that we buy from them always stand for a very long time, pleasing with their freshness and beauty. The quality of the flowers fully corresponds to the price, and the prices, by the way, are quite adequate, especially when compared with other flower shops in the city, where, in my opinion, the prices are simply exorbitant. What else I like is their willingness to make any fantasy come true! No matter what kind of decoration I ask for, no matter what unusual bouquet I want, they always meet me halfway and create exactly what I imagined. And most importantly, the flowers! They are really very high quality, fresh and last a long time. And the fragrance fills the whole apartment not for a couple of days, like some people, but much longer! In general, I heartily recommend this flower shop! Don't believe the low ratings - this is completely untrue. Real professionals who love their job and take care of their clients work here. I bought chrysanthemums. They said they were fresh. They didn't give me the check. The flowers wilted after a day. They began to consider - some of the flowers were removed (most likely they were used to make bouquets). It turns out that the flowers were sold twice. I hope the tax service will take care of this miracle store.
