Almost always, only one ticket office is open, even when there are long queues. The cashiers are impolite, they don't even say hello and don't remind you about the discount card. 3. The store has only one entrance on the lowest side, although there are still doors, but they are closed. 4. Employees go without overalls and can't show anything, they say they don't work here. 5. The store itself is very dark and uncomfortable inside. I'm generally disappointed with the cashiers' work, it's very bad.
