There is a poor assortment , only one ticket office is always open , and the queue is unrealistic during rush hour . I try not to go there at all , although it is convenient near the house . Previously, the purchase was only there, during the Family time.

The ticket offices are still not working, people are crowding. At the checkout, the workers' faces are not happy, they don't talk though. In general, the visit is not pleasant enough

Money is much more important for the company than the conditions for employees and the quality of service for customers. Only 1 cash register is always open, it's a shame.
