I used it once, bought it in San Sebastian: A medium-sized slice of not the first freshness with cream cheese of the average price category. The taste was not bad, but in places the creamy parts were interrupted by tougher ones, with a large predominance of starch, which is not typical for the classic Sebastian. The burnt peel was present, but sometimes black dots of unknown origin appeared on the fabric, which had nothing to do with the peel or natural vanilla. If desired, a sauce was also provided (+300 drams), the cost of which is not included in the price of the cheesecake (1300 drams/piece). The service was friendly.
