The official Magti salon, which, unlike others, is open on Sundays and here you can get a SIM card on any day of the week at the official price announced on the website - 20 lari per SIM card with a standard tariff and unlimited Internet for a week. They don't sell such fares at the Tbilisi airport, only guest fares with draconian prices of about 120-150 lari, and SIM card prices of about 50 lari at the Darial checkpoint. So when traveling to Georgia, it's better to wait a couple of hours without the Internet, and download an offline map in advance and use it to get to this salon.
