After the conquest, the mausoleum of Mahmutpasa veli, a very beautiful structure built in 1463 with the çilehanes on the upper left wall, decorated with colored stones right next to the mosque, is the only mausoleum built in this way in Istanbul, the outer arch and the doors were made later by the surrounding tradesmen and the community, the street that was previously a dead end of mahmutpasa court joined the mosque courtyard, the left entrance arch, 1972-1974, the right wall and the arch were built by tradesmen and cemat again in 1982, the cemetery and the 3-storey wooden building located at the front of the mausoleum was blocked by the congregation again in 1982 while reinforced concrete construction was being carried out and was included in the structure of the mosque
