Nice little hotel, photos match, clean, room is cleaned every day, excellent breakfasts, beautiful reception area, dining area. The staff is very friendly, everyone is smiling, asking how you are, there is a Russian-speaking staff, they will help with the transfer. We went to the spa, liked it. You can warm up in the sauna or hammam for free. The location is excellent, 2 minutes from Revolution Square (where there is an elevator to the harbor). There is a grocery store nearby.

I would give it more than five stars. Clean, tidy, new linen, friendly staff. Everything is perfect. The size of the room is small, but enough. Tea, coffee, water in the room. Wi-Fi is stable and fast throughout the hotel. The location of the hotel is excellent for tourists. Everything is within walking distance. The airport can be reached by tram. It's a five- to seven-minute walk to the tram stop. I recommend it!

The hotel is new. The staff is polite and helpful. They help and advise on all issues and in all languages. Shops, shopping malls, currency exchangers are within walking distance. To the sea, the walking area is 3 minutes, to the beach about 15-20 minutes slowly. Breakfast is a buffet without frills. Our standard room is good. Among the disadvantages - there are no hangers with hooks, hangers in the cabinets are anything, one ottoman - you need a second one.

I definitely recommend this hotel!
1. Polite and helpful staff. There are Russian-speaking hotel staff, which greatly facilitates communication.
2. Tea and coffee are free around the clock. There is water in the room (2 bottles of 0.5 liters each).
3. The room is spacious, clean, stylish. The air conditioner works perfectly. The bathroom has everything you need (gel, shampoo, cotton pads, ear sticks, hair dryer, towels. Gel and shampoo are not great, of course, but I always take mine with me, so it doesn't matter to me).
4. The location of the hotel is excellent. Near the old town, where you will find a huge selection of restaurants and cafes. Pharmacies, currency exchangers are within walking distance. There is a tram stop to the airport nearby.
5. We checked in an hour earlier than expected. We arrived at 12:00, the reception asked us to wait 40 minutes while the room was being cleaned. It's nothing , but it's nice.
6. The breakfasts are modest, but hearty, there was no obvious trash in the form of fried potatoes, pasta and other garbage. Everything is modest-omelet, eggs, cheese of several types, lots of vegetables, delicious bread, a little baking.
7. The hotel has a small number of rooms. Therefore, there are few people, quiet, calm. No parties and noisy companies for you.
To summarize: a solid five.

The hotel feels like a warm house. There was a friendly atmosphere, as if you were on vacation at your family's house somewhere far away. The staff was very attentive. But the smell from the bathroom was a little annoying, not constant, but still sometimes it came out of some pipes)
I hope this is a temporary exception.
It's not far from the old town, but it's a long way from the beach (

Great. Both in terms of price and location. We were allowed to check in earlier, plus we were fed breakfast. Free sauna and hammam. Quite a reasonable price for a massage. The staff is especially wonderful. He is helpful and benevolent. We ordered through booking (by the way, we also ordered a round-trip transfer through them - which turned out to be cheaper). The hotel is located on the border of the old town and the sea is literally 3 minutes away - in half a day we managed to walk and take a walk on the embankment) I can definitely recommend it- Especially to transit travelers)))

A wonderful hotel!
7 minutes from the tram stop, very friendly staff, well met and made an early check-in after which they were immediately invited to breakfast😀
The hotel is quite new, there is an elevator, a very beautiful hotel inside, the room is well maintained and has its own balcony!
The hotel offers spa services, massage, as well as a sauna and hammam for free from 10 am to 11 pm!
A very tasty breakfast from 8 to 10:30, 10 vegetable dishes on the buffet, lots of cheese, sausages, omelette, eggs, pastries, sweets, jam, drinks, coffee from the coffee machine and much more - for those who like to eat well in the morning there is enough food in stock!
I am very lucky that I chose this hotel, for a very modest price, the hotel fully justifies its high rating!
Of the cons, I can hear the corridor outside the front door, but this does not interfere with my rest in any way😁

I liked the hotel, it is located in the old town, near the tram stop, you can quickly walk to the sea. We took a room on the ground floor - it had no window, there was air conditioning, but it seemed to us a little, it was stuffy, the water worked well, there were problems with Wi-Fi. The room itself was clean, the linen was fresh, there was a kettle, tea, coffee, bathroom accessories (except a brush and paste). The room rate also included access to the sauna and hammam. The staff is friendly, there are Russian speakers. For one night, we liked everything. The price is good quality.

The staff is very pleasant. Very polite and friendly. Many people speak Russian. The room cleaning is very good. Breakfast is no frills, but everything is there. There was even a cake and strawberries. Towels, bed - everything is very clean.
The room is small. We had no view, because the room faced the opposite side from the sea. But it doesn't matter to us.
We bought the room a few months before the trip, so the price was very low. I liked the location of the hotel too, we were not in the beach season. In summer, it would be a long way to the beach. The old town is a 10-minute walk away. There are several good restaurants within walking distance, close to the elevator down to the port.
In general, everything is fine for the price paid.

I really liked the hotel. We traveled with my husband by car, we were provided with parking for the entire time of our stay at the hotel. The room is clean, bright, air-conditioned, provided with everything necessary for living. The staff is polite, always ready to help, prompt. Sabrina speaks excellent Russian, is always friendly, in a good mood, responsive. A great bonus - the Old Town is within walking distance, an extraordinary view of the port, the sea and the starry sky! I think we'll come back here. I recommend it to everyone.

The spa hotel. They promote their hammam and procedures. The hammam is pleasant, the massage is very average.
The room was very spacious, clean, pleasant, after the eco-hotels I stayed in that trip.
The breakfasts were the same all days: not a big Swede in the Turkish style.
The location is convenient because it is close to the old town, but away from tourists, so the area is quiet. There is a super-secure casino nearby.
Within walking distance there are several restaurants for locals (which is much tastier and better than for tourists), there is a relatively large shopping center Mark Antalya.

We came across a room in the basement and it turned out to be a great option - cool and DARK! I'll tell you what happened to us. Firstly, they had been asking for a safe in the room all week, which was not there. And each time the staff replied politely that they would put it on today. They did not wait. Secondly, breakfast is generally a guard. The same food all week. Hot scrambled eggs and sausages in tomato sauce. Thirdly, there is no sound insulation. The room was next to a flight of stairs, so every morning we flinched from opening it with a technician. It felt like we had no door at all. The neighbors from the upper floor could be heard sitting at the same table. The staff does not speak Russian at all, although it was written that they do. Three stars for the location. The hotel that stole our money and is engaged in illegal renting of apartments in the next house!
We were looking for a 1-month apartment with a kitchen in Antalya, found Mai Inci Hotel via the Internet. Upon arrival, we called Mai Inci Hotel and came for an inspection. We were taken to the neighboring building at 55. Sok., No:14 Kışla Mah., Muratpaşa, Antalya and shown the neighboring apartments on the floor below, because ours were occupied. We were told that the apartments we book are the same and there is all the furniture and equipment in the kitchen. We booked and paid a month in advance from February 14th to March 14th for $800 with breakfast at Mai Inci Hotel.
We checked in on February 14th and found that the apartment:
- there is no dining table and chairs
- there is no cooking surface for cooking
- there is not a single outlet in the kitchen
- absolutely no dishes (plates, pots, spoons, etc.)
- there is no ventilation in the toilet and bathroom
- there is dirt under the bed, other people's socks and other objects are lying around.
- it was very cold in the rooms at night
We stayed in the apartment for 1 night. We asked to eliminate everything several times, but by the end of the second day we still did not have a kitchen table, chairs, cooking tiles and other kitchen equipment.
On February 15, we decided to leave the apartment and asked for a refund. The manager of Mai Inci Hotel categorically refused to refund the money that we paid 1 month in advance. We tried to come to an agreement. They offered the hotel manager to withhold a commission of $ 100-200. We were told to do whatever you want, call the police, but we won't give you the money. The hotel manager behaves very audaciously and does not engage in dialogue.
On February 15, we left the apartment, as it is impossible to live and eat there. We did not receive a refund of $800 for the paid stay from Mai Inci Hotel.
We contacted the tourist assistance service at 179, and they called Mai Inci Hotel. The hotel replied to them that this was not their apartment and we bought only breakfast from them. This is a blatant lie! It turns out that they rent apartments illegally and are afraid that the state authorities will find out about them!
I have all the evidence that it is Mai Inci Hotel that is engaged in renting out the apartments of these apartments:
- correspondence with Mai Inci Hotel from their official hotel mail,
- WhatsApp correspondence where Mai Inci Hotel employees send photos of illegal apartments, that is, they are engaged in illegal sale, bypassing the legal laws of the Republic of Turkey.
- photos inside the apartments with the Mai Inci Hotel sign, which confirms that the hotel sells them under its own name.
- photos of the moment of check-in with Mai Inci Hotel staff in their branded clothes.
Now we are trying to find a way to get our money back. We have already written a statement to the consumer protection authorities. We also plan to contact other government agencies to get our money back, and so that this situation does not happen to tourists again.
Be careful with Mai Inci Hotel. If you want to get your money back, they will simply not talk to you, and you will be left without money.
