I have been using the company's services since February 2019 - the services are cheaper than intermediaries, the service is good, the delivery is fast, the user-friendly interface of the personal account - every thing is photographed for free for its identification. Excellent quality of services. I have used it many times. The package was delivered to Belarus-Minsk region-Minsk. If it is possible to configure the contents of the parcel tightly, it is going to be perfect (see the photo). Delivery within 2 weeks. The whole thing is intact. And I liked everything, I ordered the delivery of a parcel to Belarus through Russia, so as not to be limited by the customs limit. I ordered mostly things from Ebay and perfume, in the comments to the parcel I wrote to put perfume in the middle of the parcel with things and the guys formed everything as I asked) Packed everything compactly, there were no extra papers or pimples, so I was very satisfied!) The price still comes out cheaper than if I ordered each parcel separately, so even if the amount is not as low as usual, but considering how much I saved taking into account each parcel, it turns out to be much cheaper! I have been using the services of the guys since the 18th year and during this time there were no incidents with delivery and any misunderstandings with the weight of parcels and delivery times. Everything went smoothly. I read reviews on the feedback and here, and I don't understand how you can suspect the guys of weight manipulation or resent the delay of a couple of days of the parcel, due to the workload in the warehouse or the fact that there is no round-the-clock technical support. This is a drop in the ocean compared to what can really happen to your goods if you encounter truly unscrupulous entrepreneurs. So my choice is still the services of the Mainbox team!

Not so long ago, it was the best delivery service in principle, plus a warehouse in the UK and Germany. Something incredible has been happening for the last two weeks (with a minus sign). Parcels from stores arrive at a warehouse in the USA and that's it, they are not displayed in personal accounts. Some of the sent packages are two weeks old, and they are still not registered. The support responds with unsubscriptions. Either they are preparing to lay low with the most valuable goods, or they just can't cope, or something has happened. The worst thing about all this is that the New Year is coming soon, and almost everyone is bringing gifts for the holiday, and that from January 1, 2020 there will be new duties.

Phones don't answer in Moscow, so think what you want.The website says that working days from December 3, in fact, from 10, and then you can't get through!!!
