A hotel for impoverished aristocrats).
Positive:
- the rooms are large, the ceilings are huge, antique furniture, silence, it's green around, near the center, breakfasts are quite normal, there is a hairdryer in the bathroom.
Minuses:
- this antique furniture is creaking and broken
- the reception is living its own life
- the refrigerator is very loud, modern ones have been quieter for a long time. 1 outlet for the entire room.
My husband and I moved into our room, it was abandoned in six months, but there was only 1 set of towels and 1 toothbrush.
Result. Unpretentious tourists will be OK.

The hotel is medium-sized, the rooms are clean, comfortable, but no frills. Responsive staff, all basic options are available. Convenient location, two kilometers from the Registan complex. Breakfast is included in the price, the food is delicious, the choice is decent.

We got a spacious room with four windows and a corner bathroom. Clean, green, well-groomed territory. Breakfast buffet: cheese, cheese, sausage, boiled and fried eggs, porridge, several types of hot. Coffee, tea, milk. The waiters monitor the availability of dishes, we were offered to cook eggs additionally, as we arrived late. Nice.

The Internet is very bad for a tourist from Russia.
There were problems with turning off the water.
The location of the hotel is good - you can walk to the Gur Emir Mausoleum, a little further away is Registan Square.

We booked a hotel through the tutu service, 2 months in advance, until we arrived, the owner of the hotel changed. We had to resolve the issue of transferring payment from the old owner to the new one, but the staff coped. The room is spacious, the staff is polite. The hotel is one of the few with the possibility to accommodate wheelchair users as well.

Good evening! I want to leave a not very positive review.Very biased attitude towards the guests.They charge a lot of money, but the service does not correspond to this.I do not recommend staying there.There is no air freshener in the toilets, ventilation does not work.

The hotel is not bad, the rooms are normal, but already tired, the staff does not come to the reception, sometimes there are maids sitting there who sort out all conflict situations, for which I thank them very much. Audibility is 10 out of 5, especially in the morning wooden stairs between floors interfere.
