It is not a bad gated community, with access to the sea, All Villas with pools, quiet in the evening, the king's daughter lives next door in her residence. The territory is very well maintained. The beach itself is more or less clean for Pattaya, overlooking KoLan Island, and is adjacent to a couple more hotels, there are cafes on the beach where you can have a snack
