They did not warn about the readiness in time, forgot about the agreements regarding the use of leftovers, and incorrectly oriented the size and shape of the leftovers. There are no questions about production, measuring, or installation guys, the guys are trying their best. As a result, the amounts are not small, but the feeling that you are alone with your problems. Work on the customer experience.
