As a true connoisseur of fast food, I just couldn't get past the legendary McDonald's, and now Mak.by . From the very first steps – a friendly atmosphere, cleanliness. I want not just to have a snack, but to stay longer, enjoying the comfort.
Service is fire! If your order is delayed a little bit, you won't have time to start wondering how they will approach you, politely inform you, apologize and, perhaps, give you a consolation bonus in the form of coffee or French fries. There are shoals, but they are eliminated so quickly and sincerely, which is even pleasant.
Food? Delicious, fast, varied. But where are the shrimp, Carl?! When will they finally arrive? But Maestro burgers are a dubious treat. They look cool, but they taste... well, like some famous chef decided to indulge and forgot that food should bring joy, not just look good.
Why not five stars, but four? Here, alas, everything is simple – after a meal at the Mak.The inevitable marathon to the white throne awaits you in an hour. It has been checked repeatedly, and, unfortunately, only with this institution. Maybe my stomach decided that this was a test of endurance, but I would like to do without such quests.
In general, it is an excellent fast food with an atmosphere, service and taste. But if your body is also an adventurer, keep in mind the possible side effect! 😊🍔🚀

Inside there is a pleasant atmosphere, clean tables and seats, friendly staff, food is prepared very quickly, while everything is fresh and very tasty, potatoes are moderately salty, crispy and hot, burgers are large and juicy, a lot of sauce and greens, melted cheese, everything is very appetizing! You can choose a cutlet of chicken, beef and fish, and you will be satisfied with any one! In summer weather, you can enjoy food outside, fortunately there are many tables for this, just make an order at the checkout (where the cashier is friendly) or at the kiosk (fortunately there are 4 of them) and the food will be taken out to your chosen table!
We were satisfied with the visits to this restaurant and will definitely come back again <3

Of the advantages from the original institution, only the design and the feed speed remained.
French fries: mostly 4 cm long, sometimes there are 5-6 cm specimens. It's just lean and tasteless, but hot.
Caesar roll: it looks like it was just taken out of the fridge, where it had been for at least a month. 2 drops of some kind of rotten sauce wrapped in a wet half-slice of pita bread with 2 cold pieces of chicken and no tomatoes at all, and the roll itself protruded slightly above the bottom of the paper container, it was so small...
Well, the cappuccino cherry. It seems that the cappuccino machine did not work in the end - they made an Americano and splashed a little milk. No bite, no color, no smell..
I am very disappointed with my visit to this institution, it is a pity that everything has deteriorated so much. But this is my subjective opinion...

As in all restaurants of this chain, the work is organized well, good service, put on stream. The staff tries to be polite, but sometimes they forget to say the words, Thank you and Please. You can make an order with delivery, but to be honest, the quality of the dishes is a little lame, maybe they have changed the supplier of semi-finished products? Well, for some reason, the cost is slowly growing. In principle, it's not bad, the location is convenient, the mac drive works, so you can always have a quick snack on foot or by car.

I was in Brest and decided to visit McDonald's. It was my first experience in this institution, and I was pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere was very cozy, the staff was friendly and polite, and the food was fresh and delicious. I ordered a burger and fries and they were just amazing! I also tried their signature drinks, which were very tasty. Overall, I was very pleased with my visit to McDonald's in Brest and recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy delicious food and a pleasant atmosphere.

1. Disgusting, if McDonalds used to be "prestigious", now it's just a restaurant with disgusting food. Previously, a hamburger for 2 rubles was higher than this double crumpled cheese.

I will add a review, a week later, we contacted a representative of the Restaurant, everyone agrees that what is in the photo does not correspond to the concept of haute cuisine, as a result, We were invited to try a Big Burger, and a double cheese, French fries and a hot drink Spicy cherry were added as a bonus. Of course, it was all at its best, pleasant. The child was pleased this time. p. s. The worthy reaction of the institution is respected. I leave 4 stars as I consider this figure to be a fair assessment in connection with the first part of the review. I do not know who the cooking comments are written for. No one reads them. I often took food here. Cooking comments were never taken into account (I asked for at least half as much ketchup). Today's order via Yandex was the epogee (02/20/12:29) - I ordered for two. Ketchup was piled up, as if they had been mocked. It just tastes like ketchup with a distant flavor of bread rolls and an even more distant taste of cutlets. A kind of ketchup burger. And so are all burgers. They poured it so much that neither I nor the other person could eat absolutely anything. Everything went to waste, except for the McBurger. He was divided into two. Hurtful. We ordered to have a snack for two people, but in the end we wasted our money and had to buy food from another place. I ordered regularly, but the comments were never read. Well, it was an order that completely disappointed. My last order is at Mac.

In general, it's nothing special. McDonald's is like McDonald's. But any company is made by people, and this place is no exception. I was here and simply asked for an extra PAPER cup, so apparently the lead manager answered me rather rudely that you need to take a drink and you will have a cup. At the same time, at the next cash register, a simple cashier gave without any questions at all and answered with a smile and good wishes. In general, as for me, this institution is of questionable quality.

I am very pleased with the line of tasty burgers, my favorites. But it is noticeable how the stability of quality has changed. Previously, it was always equally good, now it happens that they don't cook very well, somewhere they will regret the sauce, somewhere it's really bad, but this rarely happens. In general, it has not been badly preserved.
If it weren't for the prices, I would go there more often, but it became too expensive

07/28/2024 I bought coffee and sweets at the Mak Cafe. Barista Alesya, very polite and caring. She told me about all the sweet pastries and coffee. This girl just made my morning. She also wanted to give the child a balloon, but unfortunately at that time they were not there yet. But because of such a good employee, the absence of the ball did not even bother at all.
So, I advise the management of Mak.by appreciating this employee!

A lot went wrong when the Mac left, now the similarity and the desire to copy something, there are no delicious sauces, the potatoes have become the wrong one and the burgers are different. In Poland, for comparison, try breakfasts and other things. Earth and sky. After all, a brand is a brand! I will add, I bought an aerogrill home and make French fries myself, the children used to ask to stop by and take them with them, but the quality is different every time and the taste is different. 5 rubles now stay at home with each serving.
