They confuse the composition of orders (they managed to cram a bun with beef into a box from chicken taystee junior, and even at a cost of no more than 10 rubles). I also draw the attention of the management to the falsification of ST! Orders are completely lost from all monitors, but in fact they are not ready yet and are given about 10 minutes after being shot down. In general, learn to work! There is no shift control from the MS. There is no solution to the issues with the guests. Classic: "wait, your order is being prepared." That's it!!! No specifics, apologies, offers of compensation, etc.

Disgusting! We always go to the Poppy on Sukharevo - everything is fine. Today, on the way, we stopped at Mac Drive on Uborevich. We ordered tasty cheeseburgers, tasty chickenburgers and sprite. We have never seen such game - the burgers were all crumpled, scary, sloppy, dry, there was almost no sauce in any of them, cheese was not put in one cheese. The sprite was ice-free and warm. And there are torn napkin halves on top of everything. The worst Poppy, I don't recommend it!
