I want to express my deep gratitude to the administrator Zalina - the name is rare and memorable) Just like her! We came with our daughter and were absolutely delighted! She found time for everyone who was there, and with her positive mood, I think she energized not only the entire team, but also everyone who was in the audience! I also want to write that this point is Mak.by is one of the best! It seems like the food should be the same in all of them, but it tastes the best here! Or maybe it was Zalina who energized the food, in a word, we had a wonderful time! We had a delicious meal, received gifts and met a bright and memorable administrator! She can safely be trusted to train the entire staff! This is the first time I've met such an energetic and caring person!!!

Completely inattentive to orders. We ordered several burgers, French fries, and drinks. The potatoes were all tired, raw, and absolutely not crispy. Instead of a beef burger, we were safely served chicken. Noticing the error, the staff did not come to change it until they returned. Before they had time to voice the question, they said themselves that they were mistaken. They probably thought that a person would not notice the substitution of chicken with beef. The solution is to replace the burger, fries, and compliment the 7 strips. In general, I didn't like it, the time was wasted, the mood was spoiled.
