**Great fast food!**
I visit Mac regularly.by - always delicious and fast. The staff is friendly, the queues move quickly. The interior is modern and clean. The prices are adequate, especially for set meals. I recommend it!

You explain that the amount does not match here , they ask for the second time .It 's like this is the first time they 've worked with these services or they haven 't been trained .When employees are working , you can hear it , you can hear and see that there is a girl manager and two employees just chatting and not working .They know that a courier is waiting for them, they have a job and the customer is waiting for his order. An employee gives me an order.They received the order about 15-20 minutes ago.I asked the employee to call the manager.She came over .I politely asked her, please prepare the order before the courier arrives and on time. The manager replied rudely, I don't really like talking to swami, a fish cutlet was being prepared and left. Cook a fish patty for 15-20 minutes ? Restaurants in this city prepare orders whenever they want, according to the time and turn is not clear .They are collected very slowly. Everywhere in restaurants, one employee collects orders for 2 delivery services. Restaurant managers know perfectly well that there are a lot of deliveries and put one employee. You don't need to put one employee on delivery, but at least 3 people.To collect orders as quickly as possible. During this time, the courier waits for the order for free , and the customer waits for his order not for 20-35 minutes , but for an hour or even more . Well, what can I say. The cafe of the second category, which Mac has always been, is now clearly too much. Shawarma shops are direct competitors. The price tag is not encouraging. 20p c++ for a couple of rolls, half a potato, spoons of muzzle and mugs of coffee in my opinion. Actually, there was no rush-hour traffic at the checkpoint. The interior is clearly already worn and dirty from time to time. Not that it's dirty, but it's already hard used. The mac's charm has been blown away.

If it were possible to hit zero stars, I would definitely hit it. Why do people have to stand in line, buy something, and only then they will be given a code to use the toilet? There is no customer orientation. Coffee online, by the way, seems to be specially made as tasteless as possible. I've never tried this anywhere. Even a jockey brewed in a cup tastes better.
It's definitely time to look for new places to visit. Not the same anymore.

I love mac it's very tasty here, but I don't eat most of the meat, so the choice for me is quite small from the specialties and similar ones. The hall is clean, open even at 8 a.m., beef is served for breakfast, not pork. They cook quickly, the potatoes are the best even compared to Moscow, the burger is juicy, there is a real big mac (there is none in Moscow, a terrible parody that makes you feel bad). Raspberries and lingonberries (drink) without sugar, it's not jam, but ginger is in the composition, which is not written about, and I'm allergic. The spicy apple contains cinnamon. As for the burgers, the local winter beef is delicious, but I didn't have enough spices, or rather mushrooms.
An expensive establishment, I offer you a new burger, truly Belarusian. Instead of buns, let there be shingles or potato tortillas, mushroom sauce as in winter, lard, onion or garlic, a lightly salted cucumber, sauerkraut and you can add cheese or without it. Drink: mulled wine or cream beer as in Garr Potter (it is alcohol-free).
The result: the institution has been audited by the auditor, the council. The ladies' room is clean, there is enough of everything, it is located on the ground floor. The burgers are juicy, the potatoes are salty enough, they cook quickly, and the cleanliness is at a high level. I have not observed any marginal personalities.

The tables are dirty, they wiped their own table. The toilet is a separate place that you don't even want to visit. They said during the assembly process. After 28 minutes, when the second time came, they began to collect. We collected it in 3-4 minutes. A pie or ice cream was offered for the inconvenience, they agreed on ice cream, but after eating, so as not to melt. After eating, he came up, but they decided not to give out the promised ice cream. They moved out that no one knows who promised what to whom.
It's hard to imagine such nonsense at McDonald's, but times are changing...
it's become a terrible place. The staff and standards have slipped into the abyss. But management either doesn't see it or can't do anything about it.

I have repeatedly visited this institution, but on 05/11/2024 I was very annoyed. The toilet was dirty, the table had to be wiped (everything was covered in crumbs and fat). Regarding the order - a separate room, I chose the service "bring the order to the table", after 15 minutes I had to approach the manager and ask about the reason for the delay, it turns out they forgot about my order at all)))
Then, in a hurry, they put together an order that was missing: drinks, sauce and a bonus for buying a mac menu. They corrected it a minute later, but immediately had to change the drink, as the receipt indicated "no ice". And the most wonderful thing is that they even mixed up the burger, put a regular mcburger instead of a double one, had to go and change it again))) Well, the French fries according to the classics are already laid down.
As a customer, I was unpleasantly surprised, for one order there are a lot of joints and unnecessary fuss with wasting time. At the same time, there was clearly no high workload in the restaurant, but in a modest queue of a couple of people waiting to receive their orders, dissatisfied exclamations were also heard.
