The most backward mac of all currently existing, and this is not an insult, the lack of self-service cash desks and even banal order numbers, you stupidly collect an order on the spot. But it would only be okay, it used to be like this in all macs, I was more struck by the absent-mindedness of the staff, there was an elementary order of coffee and a pie, coffee was made immediately, and I waited 10 minutes for the pie, during which time I managed to count 5 pies that were given to people who ordered AFTER my order, of course two some of them were on the drive, but the fact itself. It's just beastly.
P.s. sugar for coffee, by the way, was not reported, a trifle, but unpleasant.

You place an order at the cashier, and then you stand and wait for it to be assembled and its composition will be shouted at the whole hall so that you understand that it is yours. The service is very long, the order was collected in parts, the cheeseburger lay in the package for 10/15 minutes, respectively, while the order was collected, it became cold and not tasty. From the outside, it looks just like a house, there is one employee in the kitchen, 3 on the counter. Everything is being prepared for a long time. They accept the order, immediately try to collect it without accepting the next one, as a result, there is a long queue. We started taking orders further - we got confused about who we gave what to / didn't give it to.. Some of the orders are cooling down in packages. People in the queue ask when their order will be ready, but ignore the answer. As a result, a cheeseburger, a chickenburger and coffee - 25 minutes if not more. Definitely not a fast-service company.

I always ask for one cheeseburger on the spot, and they put it in a bag. This happens in all branches of the mac. Also, a lid is always put on the lemonade. This is annoying, since you have to repeat it twice at the checkout so that they still do it without plastic and unnecessary packaging. The service is disgusting. This is repeated for half a year, the review is based on a long visit.
The cheese is of poor quality and does not melt at all, but lies in a piece.
Single cheeseburger (allegedly on the stock) costs 2.90 , while a double cheese is 7.30. This is kringe. With this money, you can buy three cheeseburgers and make a triple cheeseburger. Two more rolls will remain to feed the birds. We would have made an adequate campaign for all other positions, so that there would be at least some logic.
