I go with my family to this poppy every New year (on the 2nd-3rd) when we go from the Christmas tree, because it's not my neighborhood. This year I decided that I would not come here anymore. The fact that there are no self-ordering panels is fine, even 20 years ago I did not complain about it here), I consider it for lamp and authentic service). I decided to wash my hands - so the homeless man decided to arrange a washroom in the toilet... I laid out the coins, it's worth not going in my underpants (after me, 2 more wanted to go in, but also changed their minds). The doors to the tube are open, the code from the receipt is not needed. The heat is not very big these days in the evening, but the cashiers are messing up. Both last times, half of the order is given away, the second is asked to wait. Someone has already eaten everything in 10-15 minutes, and you are still being fried. This is for a fast food restaurant... Adults were served coffee and juice, and the New Year's coke was forgotten for the child, although the cashier clarified the size of the cola, they had to strain the queue and pay for the cola separately. The cashier forgot to put a straw for the juice - another trip to the checkout... In general, I don't want to come here anymore until the modernization is carried out.

I came to mac.by I made an order and stood for 10 minutes waiting for my order (the scoreboard and order numbers in the restaurant were missing). After 10 minutes of waiting, I went to my seat, took off my jacket and went back to the checkout to wait for the order. Another 10 minutes passed, I went to the checkout and asked when my order would be ready, to which they replied that I had already picked it up. The manager came up and started talking rudely to me, saying that I had already taken the order and came to fraudulently pick it up again. She threatened to look at the cameras. As a result, I was given the order, as it came to the complaint book, the manager immediately became kinder, began to apologize and push the blame onto young inexperienced employees, although she accused me of stealing. I was very dissatisfied with the service, and the evening was ruined. Why is it only in your restaurant that the "customer is always wrong"??

It's strange somehow, but there weren't many people on Friday at all, I went to order three times, and I didn't have a long wait.
It is now comfortable to sit outside with a Poppy, but there are a lot of pigeons ready to get into their mouths. I like to order coffee and a cheeseburger, ice cream sprinkled with chocolate, well, it's not tasty at all.
At prices it is not expensive, up to 15 rubles you can eat a hearty meal.

Cashiers are slow. Especially in the morning. There are no people, but they manage to assemble a queue. I noticed that Mac doesn't know how to count money at all. With a total of 9.7, they ask for 20k, you say no, they take 50k and then give you 80k change. When you ask for a coke with ice, there is NO ice, when you just take a coke, there IS ice. Now there are two of my least favorite poppies, Uruchye and Romanovskaya.

They serve for a very long time, employees are fussing, someone is being trained in parallel, while more than 10 people are standing in one cash register. There are no racks for self-ordering, no plates with numbers, no electronic scoreboard with the order number, instead, employees shout at the whole establishment "Who ordered the cheeseburger". The toilet did not open according to the code, the employee conjured over it for several minutes and lo and behold! - I was able to wash my hands.

But it would only be okay, it used to be like this in all macs, I was more struck by the absent-mindedness of the staff, there was an elementary order of coffee and a pie, coffee was made immediately, and I waited 10 minutes for the pie, during which time I managed to count 5 pies that were given to people who ordered AFTER my order, of course two some of them were on the drive, but the fact itself. It's just beastly.
P.s. sugar for coffee, by the way, was not reported, a trifle, but unpleasant.

I haven't seen a Mac for a long time in which there are no kiosks for self-ordering and payment, as well as there is no panel with an electronic queue. The service is very long, the order was collected in parts, the cheeseburger lay in the package for 10/15 minutes, respectively, while the order was collected, it became cold and not tasty. From the outside, it looks just like a house, there is one employee in the kitchen, 3 on the counter. Everything is being prepared for a long time. They accept the order, immediately try to collect it without accepting the next one, as a result, there is a long queue. We started taking orders further - we got confused about who we gave what to / didn't give it to.. Some of the orders are cooling down in packages. People in the queue ask when their order will be ready, but ignore the answer. As a result, a cheeseburger, a chickenburger and coffee - 25 minutes if not more. Definitely not a fast-service company.
