We arrived at the drive at 00:10, there were no break notifications anywhere (I mean at the entrance to the dry on the sign informing about the breaks), however, in the reception area we were informed that the break would last another 10 minutes. Please specify the correct opening hours and order acceptance so as not to mislead customers and waste our time!

In the morning, the only thing that could make my day was a double mcmafin with an egg. But as soon as they switched from beef to pork, the morning lost its meaning. The structure doesn't seem to be anything, but the smell and taste are just killing.

It's the second time they've just ignored it. We were there before 3 a.m. During this time, we stood in the rain. The employee we knocked on the order acceptance window for ~ 5 minutes looked at us and didn't even bother to come up.
We even went to check if there were any break signs.
After 7 minutes of our downtime, the scoreboard was still decided to be taken out.

The work of the staff is clear, fast, and pleased, but the food itself has nothing to do with McDonald's. French fries are no longer the same, large slices, not crispy and sometimes not salted, always soft. Burgers don't have that abundance of filling, as before, when everything fell out of it, and not knowing which side to approach it, now there was half a slice of cheese on the bun, and instead of sauce, there was a feeling of one spoonful of mayonnaise (I usually take fillet-o-fish, I don't remember what it's called now) I didn't like it at all, it was kind of dry. I didn't finish my milkshake for the first time, it felt like the flavors or vanilla were overdone, too sweet.

For reasons unknown to us, the delivery of orders stopped and we had to wait more than an hour to leave. There was no explanation from the staff or attempts to solve the problem. I had to leave in a roundabout way. What was the problem with asking people waiting for their order to let the rest out and come back / pick up somewhere else or refund the money for the order is a question. All this happened after 12 a.m., many people want to eat quietly or at least just go home to sleep. We arrived at about 23:30, and left after one o'clock in the morning. The most spoiled mood due to the absolute unwillingness of the staff to resolve the issue.

I have always been sure that everyone can work in such an institution. That was the case until the moment I visited here. The local staff is a team of disabled people who not only skipped training, but also are not able to understand the ways of functioning of this miracle equipment themselves. On Thursday evening, I watched how this mountain team copes with 3 makauto orders (quite ordinary in volume) and two ordinary ones (mine was the second). How they managed to spend more than half an hour on this and give me everything in a cold state, I am not able to describe, even though I witnessed this crime.
If you want to eat and really like such places, go to the next one, do not spoil your mood
