For reasons unknown to us, the delivery of orders stopped and we had to wait more than an hour to leave. There was no explanation from the staff or attempts to solve the problem. I had to leave in a roundabout way. What was the problem with asking people waiting for their order to let the rest out and come back / pick up somewhere else or refund the money for the order is a question. All this happened after 12 a.m., many people want to eat quietly or at least just go home to sleep. We arrived at about 23:30, and left after one o'clock in the morning. The most spoiled mood due to the absolute unwillingness of the staff to resolve the issue.

It's the second time they've just ignored it. We were there before 3 a.m. During this time, we stood in the rain. The employee we knocked on the order acceptance window for ~ 5 minutes looked at us and didn't even bother to come up.
We even went to check if there were any break signs.

Работа персонала четкая, быстрая, порадовала, но сама еда ничего общего с макдональдсом не имеет. Картошка фри уже не та, крупные ломти, не хрустящая и бывает недосолена, всегда мягкая. В бургерах нет того изобилия начинки, как раньше, когда вываливалось все из него, и не зная с какой стороны к нему подступиться, сейчас сыра было на булке пол ломтика, а вместо соуса, было ощущение одной ложечки майонеза ( беру обычно филе-о-фиш, не помню, как он сейчас называется), вообще не понравился, сухой какой-то. Молочный коктейль не допила впервые, такое ощущение было, что ароматизаторов, либо с ванилином переборщили, чересчур сладкий.

Как всегда обед, где чего перекусить попал в поле зрение Мы открыты, заказал как всегда стандартный набор с пирожками , все неплохо , кроме отсутствие людей, молодец которая на кассе почему-то не совсем компетентны в оформление заказа, звали женщину с кухни ( прибежала с той стороны )
Время ожидание дольше чем раньше , по качеству на 4 из 5 -про двойной чизбургер , огурцы бочковые а не маринованные ..
как-то так )

Я всегда был уверен, что работать в подобном заведении могут все. Так было до того момента как я побывал тут. Местный персонал это команда инвалидов, которая не только прогуляла обучение, но и не способна сама понять способы функционирования этого чудо оборудования. В четверг вечером, я наблюдал как эта горе команда справляется с 3 заказами макавто (вполне обычными по объему) и двумя обычными (мой был второй). Как они умудрились потратить на это более получаса и отдать мне все в холодном состоянии я не способен описать, хоть и был свидетелем этого преступления.
Если хотите есть и очень любите подобные заведения, езжайте в соседнее, не портите себе настроение
