Hello. On 10/20/2023, I performed vision correction using FemtoLASIK, Vityaz Lyudmila Alexandrovna performed surgery. A huge thank you and a low bow to her, very polite and attentive. Already half an hour after the operation, I saw much better. It's been 8 months, and I walk without glasses, I see well. I am very glad that I decided on this operation. Мастерски провел операцию, всё доходчиво объяснял, вежливо обращался и даже поднял настроение своим добрым юмором)
Он настоящий волшебник и профессионал, который творит чудеса, 20 лет я ничего не видела и не могла жить без очков с толстенными линзами, но сразу же после операции я наконец увидела мир в сочных тонах)
ЭТО НЕВЕРОЯТНО!! Это настоящее чудо и мастерство врача! Лучшего со мной в жизни не происходило)
Отдельное спасибо прекрасной Нине Евгеньевне Рышкевич, которая так нежно и аккуратно диагностировала и всё понятно объясняла, терпеливо отвечая на мои тысячи волнующих вопросов)

Subsequently, Marina Alexandrovna also phoned with 10 GKB, on the basis of which the Republican Center of Ophthalmology is located, in which I was observed earlier, so that they would look at the results of examinations and decide whether additional treatment is necessary. In the end, I only paid for the keratotopogram. Now I will always go there, quickly, conveniently, efficiently, and as they say, "they don't charge too much."

We express our immense gratitude to Kanstantin Vasilyevich for his "golden hands", patience, professionalism and human attitude towards our mother. On 1.10.2024 , we had an operation to remove cataracts and replace the lens . Mom is 87 years old ! We came to the center asking for help and hoping for a miracle. And this miracle was performed by Konstantin Vasilyevich. The cataract turned out to be very hard and it took a lot of effort and professionalism to break it and remove it !!!
Now our mother and grandmother see the world in bright colors and rejoice like a child. We sincerely thank the doctor and his team for their friendly, friendly attitude and professionalism.

It turned out that I have a very thin cornea, they said that it is possible to do femto lasik, while they did not tell me what the consequences might be, but with such a thin cornea I would definitely have them, and at the entrance of the consultation, I myself pointed out complications after laser correction, pointed out that the laser exposure zone is not it will cover my pupil at night, and after LC there will be big problems with vision at night. For some reason, none of the experts would have told me this themselves, if I had not previously learned this from other sources.
I went to another clinic to make a diagnosis, and there they told me that it was contraindicated to do correction with such a thin cornea and they would not do it to me.

Further, what surprised me when visiting this institution at the reception desk, the girls behave excessively and unjustifiably overstated!!! I was surprised how they communicate with clients after visiting, how they impose an expensive operation on ordinary people after visiting a regular examination, and how embarrassing it is for ordinary people to justify that they are not ready to spend a couple of their salaries of ordinary workers in this institution. Further more, although where, to the comments that you are not doing the right thing, you do not adhere to your own attitudes about being late, a dissatisfied doctor came out later, saying "I should have kicked out the patient and accepted you on time" NO, dear, you should have properly allocated your time, taking into account all the nuances!!!! The reception itself was crumpled, not professionally, I had to ask questions every time to which I received some kind of indistinct grumbling or in general, yes or no!!! THE OFFICE PREMISES ON THE GROUND FLOOR OF AN APARTMENT BUILDING ARE IN A DRY STATE!!!!

Отличный медицинский центр. Делала лазерную коррекцию зрения. Персонал приветливый, все объясняет. Врач спокойная, обстоятельная, провела отличную диагностику и поясняла все, что делала. На консультации определили уровень сложности операции, выбрали лазер, и я записалась на операцию. Все операции происходят по субботам небольшими группами. Мое время было на 17:00. Я шла в операционную второй. Все прошло быстро, безболезненно, хоть и была парочка неприятных моментов, но не критичных — такова процедура. В общем страха на рубль, проблема на грош. Теперь у меня единица на обоих глазах и футляры с линзами в мусорке. Я довольна отношением персонала и качеством обслуживания. Все на отличном уровне. Советую.

I did a vision diagnosis with Tatiana, if I'm not mistaken. I really liked the attitude, personality (before that I did diagnostics in a New Vision, a solid "conveyor" of people). During the procedure, I felt comfortable, as if at home, and in the clinic as a whole. Very friendly staff. I learned about the clinic from word of mouth and didn't regret a bit.

Очень жаль что пациенты стремительно теряющие зрение не имеют приоритета в записи.Запись только через пол года. За год можно потерять полностью зрение.Считаю всетаки нужны дополнительные окошки на некоторые случаи.

Остались не довольны тем , что сроки большие между предоперационным осмотром и операцией на катаракту. ..В ноябре 2022 г. по звонку поставили на предоперационный осмотр на 26 апреля 2023 г. В регистратуре ответили , что операция может быть только не раньше сентября 2023г. За этот промежуток времени ведь могут произойти изменения в глазу...??

Добрый день.
Хочу оставить отзыв спустя время. Делала лазерную коррекцию зрения 25.09.2021. Врач Копылев Виктор Павлович. Все прошло идеально и сейчас все отлично. Персонал и обслуживание центра на высшем уровне. Врач провел инструктаж перед операцией, а когда ее проводил комментировал все свои действия и предупреждал если будет неприятно. Результат не заставил себя долго ждать, сразу после операции все прекрасно видела, как и сейчас. Администратор после операции предложила свою помощь и вызвала такси. Спасибо всем Вам огромное за заботу и за Ваш труд.
Если еще выбираете медицинский центр, то знайте лучше этого Вам не найти.

Делал лазерную коррекцию. Запись всех в один день на разное время, ожидание своей очереди было минимальным. Общались вежливо, прямо перед операцией врач ещё раз по просьбе провела обследование и ответила на появившиеся вопросы. Качеством на данный момент доволен, в перспективе - буду смотреть.
