Less than a day has passed since we returned from vacation, and I'm already in a hurry to leave a review.
From the very beginning of the tour selection to the return, I really liked everything. I had a specific request: I wanted to live not inside the hotel, but inside Turkey, and I was perfectly understood. 3* + breakfasts is what suited us perfectly. We walked a lot, explored the surroundings, climbed all along and across, in short - we were real travelers! Thanks to Make travel and its lovely employee Vasilina (Mogilev) for their sensitive attitude, accurate understanding of the request and efficiency. For the care during our trip, it was very nice to receive a message asking "how are you? How's the rest?"
There was a willingness to help in any situation, so we quietly enjoyed our vacation and did not worry about anything. We will continue to cooperate with your company. You are great! 🫶

This time we turned to them again and already invited friends with us, friends were told that the company was verified and you can contact them at any time.
You've made a big mistake!!!
You are not 24/7, not even 12/7…
We always called you on weekdays, the manager did not raise, there were questions about payments in banks, you did not pick up the phone again, they said that you were on vacation, and we, like suckers, did not know who to contact for information.
They even wrote to Bogdan, the owner of the company, he replied immediately, said that he would change the manager, give the main manager. He gave it to us, and when we needed it, she also flew on vacation…
When we arrived, our friends were given a room not with a sea view, as agreed and paid for, but an ordinary room with a view of the flowers!!!
We are not conflicted people by ourselves, and this is my first bad review in my life, just how can I be so indifferent to work!????
That's what surprises me!!!
And now for all the time there was again a question about departures, we again did not pick up the phone.
It's sad that it turns out this way, but we won't fly through your travel agency…

I contacted the make travel company with a request to back up a tour to Turkey, but prices rose sharply. Manager Diana offered another option - a Coral Beach 4* hotel in Hurghada, rested from 03.09 to 13.09. I was satisfied with the rest and work of Diana's manager.
The staff at the hotel is friendly, the beaches are clean and to suit every taste (sandy, rocky, nudist is separately fenced and closed from the eyes). There is a pier, a lot of fish near the corals.
The food is varied and delicious, there are a lot of spicy and fatty foods, but there are also enough familiar ones. Lovers of pastries and desserts will be delighted.
To Hurghada by taxi is 3-5 dollars (20-25 km).

What I want to say about our hotel - PALMA DI SHARM 4, the rooms are clean, cleaned daily, the food is delicious, the staff is wonderful, the view in the hotel is amazing, the hotel is for a relaxing family holiday. Of the disadvantages, the beach is very far away, it is better to go to a paid beach ($ 2 for four). P. S. I recommend a company for choosing a vacation, the most adequate prices, Anna respect).

Dear clients of this travel agency, I want to warn you about the unprofessionalism of the agency staff.
Managers ignore all my requests and questions, do not get in touch, do not supervise you, but on the contrary there is no desire to communicate with you..
They do not have information about changing the departure time , misinformation about the rooms, incorrectly make up applications , as a result , we paid extra at the office for a sea view , but in fact it was not even indicated that we wanted such a room ( we had to actually pay another $ 400 .
There is the same problem with departure .. He has completely changed in terms of time and transfer , and the manager has zero reaction , does not even pick up the phone and does not want to decide anything…
Young specialists, with frightened eyes and a trembling voice, communicate with you.
During the rest, they didn't even ask if we had arrived and if everything was fine with us.
I don't want to contact them anymore..

Egypt was chosen for this year's vacation. It takes 6 hours to fly, the sea is warm. It took 20 minutes to get to the hotel.
White Hills Resort 5* opened in November 2022. The hotel has 371 rooms of different categories - de luxe, rooms with Jacuzzi (both inside the room and outdoors), suites with direct access to their own pool and sea views, for guests of the Royal Club category there is a restaurant. There are seven pools in total, one of them is 16+, five are heated in winter and a pool for kids. A new "Premium all Inclusive 24 hours" catering concept is available throughout the hotel, with locally produced and imported premium drinks, A la carte: Asian, Egyptian and Mediterranean, restaurants with Thai and Indian cuisine. There is a gym, a spa, and a diving center.

We had a rest in Turkey (Alanya) at the Asrin Beach Hotel. The territory of the hotel is small.
Beach.
The beach is a 2-minute walk along an underground passage.
The beach is sandy, there are enough sun beds. The entrance to the sea is sand and small pebbles. The sea was calm without waves. There is a bar with alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks on the beach, and burgers, vegetables and fruits are also offered from 11 to 16 o'clock.
Hotel. As for the hotel itself, the rooms, to put it mildly, are tired, there is cleaning, but, one can say, there is none, because the sand always remains in the shower after cleaning, the towel is changed only upon request (just leaving it on the floor does not help).
Food. There was enough of it, no one would be hungry. In the evening, fish, shish kebab, chicken, lamb, shawarma are cooked on the grill. The only thing in the evening at the bar was to stand in a huge queue for drinks, which was terribly annoying.
What conclusion can be drawn if someone is traveling for the first time and for the sake of the sea and does not plan to spend time in rooms, then the hotel will suit you, and if this is not your first vacation in Turkey in 4* or 5* hotels and there is something to compare, then it is better to pay extra and look for something better.

Before writing my review about the Make Travel agency, I ran through the previous ones.... I can't say anything bad. On the contrary, Agent Violetta from Brest helped us choose a tour, taking into account all requests. I was in touch almost 24/7. We worked online, because we live in another city.
We had a rest in Sharm El Sheikh. In general, the holidays were long ago. The beach and access to the sea were more important to us. The Red Sea is beautiful. The hotel itself is also great (Ivy Cyrene Sharm) +14. Quiet harbor 🙂, without children. I would like to diversify the cuisine a little. But they weren't hungry. There were no queues either. When we arrived, the hotel was half empty. The staff is friendly.
They even brought a cake to the room - a compliment from the hotel in honor of her husband's birthday. However, the next day, after I asked the girl who approaches the visitors and is interested in their opinions and wishes about the work of the hotel.
We arrived out of season, so there was no animation. But it didn't spoil our rest. Caught moving before leaving.
I thank the agency for my vacation.

Вопрос чему обучают невозвращать деньги. Только через суд и издержки судебные и моральный учнрб и пользование чужими деньгами нужно учитывать в претензии.

Добрый день. Ранее пользовались 2 раза услугами данной турфирмой, все было хорошо. В Феврале 2022 года забронировали тур в Турцию на начало июля, внесли 30 процентов стоимости. В апреле по личным причинам решили отказаться от поездки, в мае было написано заявление в турфирме. Туроператор у нас была Альбина Лисовская. Обещали, что вот вот вернут деньги. Через месяц ничего не слышно. Все время связывались сами- учлыши ответ мол туроператор через которого бронировали обанкротился и деньги буду возвращать через суд.Но обязательства на себя берет турфирма мэйктревел, через которую мы бронировали тур, а иначе зачем она существует. Деньги свои мы не можем вытянуть уже 8 месяцев. И,о, наконец то турфирма с нами связалась и сказала приезжать 8 февраля 2023 года за деньгами( сказали вернут половину суммы сейчас и половину через неделю). Муж явился в указанный срок,на что был отправлен домой со словами что наш туроператор Альбина Лисовская уехала, деньги мы сегодня вам не вернём. Муж позвонил бухгалтеру, был ответ мол я больше не работаю бухгалтером , а другой бухгалтер тоже уехал. Это просто дичь и неуважение к своим клиентам. Можно хотя бы было позвонить и предупредить! Ну что ж, будем обращаться в суд, заявление уже написано у юриста. Никому данную фирму не рекомендую, хотя раньше у меня не было к ней вопросов. Всех знакомых я предупредила чтобы с ними не связывались. Обращение ужасное, никакого уважения к своим клиентам, вы им просто неинтересны когда внесли деньги. Значит придется потратить свое время и нервы, но раз данная турфирма так работает, значит будем решать дела через суд. Данная фирма не должна существовать Беларуси!
