We had a vacation in China, Hainan Island, Dudonghai, Barry Boutique Hotel. I liked the rest very much! The hotel itself is well located, close to the beach, to the park and shopping centers. The room was cleaned every day, towels were changed every day, breakfasts were plentiful and varied. The beach is very wide and clean. The atmosphere of friendliness and positivity is pleasantly surprising. There are many interesting places for excursions during the day, there are places to go in the evenings! Vasilina's manager helped us choose this place for our vacation. Thanks to her for her patience and detailed information, for her attention to us until our return!

We rested on Hainan Island, Sanya Bay, Oakwood Apartaments Sanya hotel: wonderful location, availability of a fitness room, steam room, swimming pool, good breakfasts. Pleasant room service staff (can help with any question), cleanliness, kitchen in the room with dishes. There is a night market nearby where you can buy fresh fruits and seafood.

I am vacationing in Egypt in Sharm El Sheikh, at the SOL Y MAR hotel, the tour was organized by Make Trevol and the tour operator Marya from Magilev. I want to thank you for a good rest. A very beautiful hotel with a very well maintained green area. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is cleaned every day, linen and towels are clean and snow-white. The food is varied. In February, I visited a fairy tale, summer, the sun. The pool is heated, so you can swim even if it's cold on the beach and if you don't really like the cool water in the sea.

My vacation in Dubai was just wonderful, and I again chose the Signature Hotel Apartments & Spa Marina, which impressed me with its comfort and ideal location. This hotel is located in the most picturesque area of Dubai — the Dubai Marina, which makes it an excellent choice for tourists.
One of the big advantages of the hotel is its proximity to the main attractions. The beach with a huge Ferris wheel can be reached in just 10 minutes, which makes it possible to enjoy the sea and sunny days. For those who prefer public transport, the metro is only a 15-minute walk away, which is convenient for getting around the city. Dubai Marina Mall, famous for its shops and restaurants, is a 20-minute walk away. This makes your stay at the hotel very comfortable and convenient.
The area itself is very beautiful, and I like to just leave the hotel and walk along the promenade. There are a lot of greenery, beautiful sculptures and cozy cafes where you can stop for coffee and enjoy the atmosphere.
As for the food at the hotel, it's just amazing. They have a huge selection of dishes for every taste — from traditional Arabic snacks to international cuisine. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and how varied the menu is. Every breakfast and dinner turned into a real feast for the stomach!
This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel, and, of course, it met all my expectations. Last year I had only positive impressions, and I was not disappointed in this.
I also want to note the professionalism of the managers of the Mogilev office MakeTravel.by - Diana and Vasilina. They organized my trip very quickly, explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. With such service, you don't have to worry about the details — everything goes smoothly and without problems.
In general, I was very pleased with my stay and I am happy to recommend Signature Hotel Apartments & Spa Marina to anyone who is planning a trip to Dubai!

We had a rest on Hainan Island, the manager Valeria, Mogilev helped us with the selection of the tour.
We were very satisfied with the rest, we already want to go back there again. The sea is not far from the hotel, which is very convenient, with a good beach 🏝️There are many cool places on the island, from which only positive emotions remain, ideal for those who love outdoor activities. We saw a panda 🐼 - the symbol of China 🫶
We were worried about the food, but in vain, we didn't have any problems. The only thing we regretted was that we did not take more days to fully enjoy the beauty of the island.

About the rest. Thank you for a well-organized vacation and a pleasant time! We contacted the company back in September. We have planned a vacation in Thailand. Manager Anastasia Khochenkova (Mogilev), picked up an excellent offer for us at a bargain price. Unfortunately, we have encountered unforeseen difficulties. The trip was a big question. But together we have found a solution! Special thanks to Anastasia, who was always supportive and worried about us.
The hotel was picked up great, the view is gorgeous, the area is calm, not fussy. But if you want to have fun adventures, then it's not a problem to get to the center by taxi. The area is Russian, so there were no problems with the language either. As Anastasia told us: a hotel with an excellent location and an information desk.
We have only the most pleasant feelings about our vacation!!

I really enjoyed working with Valeria Kryukovskaya.He is competent and, what is important to me, a patient and very tactful person.For the first time in my life, I flew with my son to Sharm el-Sheikh for the New Year holidays.Actually, this fairy tale actually happened to me thanks to Valeria - initially I had already lost my enthusiasm to fly anywhere, because the cost of the tour that we had originally considered had literally increased before our eyes.But Valeria literally fanned the flame out of the spark of my enthusiasm and picked up a great vacation option.We flew on December 26, 2024 to Regency Plaza Aqua Park SPA 5*.We flew from Moscow with Ural Airlines, everything was fine, without any problems, a bus was waiting for us upon arrival, we stopped at the hotel at 4 a.m., we were quickly checked out, given the keys, I asked for sandwiches, coffee and went to rest in the room.The hotel has a very well-maintained territory, every corner has been searched, everything is blooming and turning green.The food is delicious, there was always plenty of everything, I leaned on beef and eggplant) Oranges, bananas, tangerines, dates, figs, guava - the dishes were never out of stock, the tables were cleaned- they were served with lightning speed, courteous staff. Delicious coffee, awesome sesame halva, there has never been a problem for someone to miss something, there were no queues.I wasn't interested in baking, but there was always an assortment of cakes and oriental sweets.I liked the pizza at the Italian restaurant on the way to the beach.In general, it is definitely impossible to get hungry in this hotel.The sea is incredible, I swam from the pier for several hours, it's such a pleasure - the refreshing, clean water.I walked a lot along the shore, along the territory of other hotels, it's also interesting to see.I can't say anything about the pools - I've never sunbathed or swam on the hotel grounds, it's always just the beach.The beach itself is clean, tidy sun beds, a nice beach bar.Once again, the entire hotel area is very cozy and beautiful.I'd love to go back there again).

We had a rest from December 11 to December 21 in Thailand at the Baumanburi hotel, many thanks to Make Travel, namely Diana, for her help in choosing a hotel and our vacation! Always helped us with our questions and was in touch with us.

I would like to express my deep gratitude to the Make travel travel agency for choosing a tour in Turkey. We had a rest with my husband from September 8 to September 16. It was our first time in Turkey, so we completely entrusted our vacation to a travel agency and were not mistaken. Manager Diana picked up a wonderful Özkaymak Marina 5* hotel for us. Throughout the rest, she was in touch with us and worried that everything would be fine with us. It was very pleasant, as there were experiences. The hotel is wonderful, the food is varied, the animators work professionally for both children and adults. In the evening, live music and various contests. The beach is a 5-minute walk away. The sea is visible from the balcony. The rooms are well cleaned. The hotel is completely renovated, all the furniture in the rooms is new. Very large territory, 3 swimming pools. Friendly staff. We visited the Turkish Maldives and had an unforgettable experience. Thanks to Diana for a wonderful vacation. We regretted that we did not take more days to enjoy all the beauty of Turkey.

For the third time in a row, we organized our vacation together with the MakeTravel agency. This time we chose Phuket. It is very convenient that Agent Vasilina sent the options to the chat in Viber, you do not need to visit the agency every time. The rest was a 100% success. The weather is great, the SugarMarina Resort Art Hotel is a great option: located in a quiet side street in the center of Karon Beach. Two pools, excellent breakfasts and nice rooms, by the way, all with a balcony.

The staff is very weak, I asked to pick up a tour to Egypt for two, they picked me up without including either the fuel fee or non-flight insurance. When we came to book the tour, we were told with displeasure why we had not warned in advance that we would come. This is not the first time I have flown on vacation, but this is the first time I have encountered such treatment. The specialist also could not really answer the questions asked. As a result, we went to another agency, where we ordered a tour. I definitely do not recommend it.
