I only managed to ask about the availability of a bag in the right color, and the charming consultant girl immediately started looking for other places in the city where the right model was still available, found it and wrote to have it put aside in my name. As a result, I picked up the bag on the same day, I am very happy. I was also pleasantly surprised by the tag about individual tailoring with the master's number. I went to the store for three days in a row, but it was always closed for a technical break. And I was in the Atrium for about forty minutes every time. It seemed that I even saw a sales consultant on the territory of the shopping center. Having wasted time, the desire to purchase your product has disappeared. Another potential customer of yours (we were standing at the closed door together) was very unhappy with such service in the central shopping center. You can 't work like that ! At least indicate the real time of your working hours and non-working hours too.
