I was looking for a black moon bag (I fell in love with it back in Minsk, but there was neither the right color, nor the time to look, nor the desire of consultants to simply communicate with clients (I was even taken aback by such a service)). Being in Mogilev, I decided to look into the Atrium for luck. I only managed to ask about the availability of a bag in the right color, and the charming consultant girl immediately started looking for other places in the city where the right model was still available, found it and wrote to have it put aside in my name. As a result, I picked up the bag on the same day, I am very happy. I was also pleasantly surprised by the tag about individual tailoring with the master's number. To the girl who was on shift at 30.07 in the Atrium, thank you so much for your help, you are just a sunshine P.S. I wrote a review on the same day, but I couldn't get around to posting it.

I went to the store for three days in a row, but it was always closed for a technical break. And I was in the Atrium for about forty minutes every time. It seemed that I even saw a sales consultant on the territory of the shopping center. Having wasted time, the desire to purchase your product has disappeared. Another potential customer of yours (we were standing at the closed door together) was very unhappy with such service in the central shopping center. You can 't work like that ! At least indicate the real time of your working hours and non-working hours too.

I went into the mall to see if I had the handbag I needed, and started with the display case. I have never seen what happened next outside of our city... Right in front of me, a salesperson with a haughty expression on her face closed the glass door and set down a bottle of water. This is how the store meets its potential customers. After such disrespect, I will allow myself to respond with rudeness to rudeness. Dear lady with lush lips, turn on your brain and study the concept of "customer orientation". I advise the brand to select sellers more carefully. Such an attitude discourages any desire to purchase any, even the highest quality product, regardless of the popularity of the brand.
