I visited the store on 04.12.2025 in order to choose a birthday present for myself. I was looking for my wallet. But after 10 minutes in the store, I realized that there was absolutely no desire to choose a gift. And it's not about the assortment, but about the sales consultant. I have not seen so much neglect, discontent and arrogance for a long time. Picking up the wallet, I pointed to the wallet with my right index finger, placing my finger on top, and asked if there was one of the same color. The answer surprised me and made me laugh at the same time: don't knock on your wallet!! As a result, I didn't watch what I was really interested in, because I felt as uncomfortable as possible. All the answers to the questions are short and of the same type. I really love these products, but in this case I got one solid negative.
