Mom and I went to the store in a good mood, but we came out with a terrible one. We wanted to get acquainted with new collections, pick up something new for ourselves, my mother really wanted a new bag. There are no questions about quality and prices, but the service leaves much to be desired. From the beginning of our visit to the store, we immediately got the impression that we were not welcome here. The two female consultants didn't even say hello when we entered. The questions "Can I help you?", "Can I suggest something?" It did not follow. While we were inspecting the goods, they looked at us with contemptuous glances, which was very unpleasant. But what struck me the most was that when my mother turned away, examining the bag she liked, one of the girls whispered something in the other's ear, pointedly pointing at my mother. The second consultant girl looked at her mother, then laughed. Absolutely no respect or conscience.
