An act was drawn up on the spot, asking for a refund. The girl on the spot reported that within 10 working days the funds would be returned, she left the phone number of the main cashier.
I called the main cashier repeatedly to no avail. I called the main office of Macro and left a request to no avail.
Be careful in that store. While the act was being written at the checkout, another customer at the checkout said yesterday the same story happened with the same sweets. After the woman, the buyer also noticed a discrepancy in price and timing. Neither the cashier nor the senior were even surprised that the price is 160 thousand soums more expensive in fact - the reaction is such that everyone has been aware of the inflated prices for a long time.
